IZARD COUNTY SHERIFF'S REPORT SHERIFF JACK YANCEY

According to Chief Deputy Charley Melton, on March 20, Larry Hagan, age 40 of Dolph, was arrested for first degree assault on a family member. Hagan was given an OR bond with a court date of May 21 in the Izard County District Court

On March 24, Polly Nievaard, age 55 of Violet Hill, was arrested by Trooper Lively for DWI and careless driving. Nievaard's bond was set at $990 professional with a court date of May 7 in the Izard County District Court.

On April 7, Nicholas Lamb, age 21 of Calico Rock, was arrested by Deputy Toby Smith for disorderly conduct. On April 8, Lamb was served with a warrant for aggravated assault, and aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer. Lamb's bond on all charges was set at $15,000 professional with a court date of May 21 in the Izard County District Court on the misdemeanor charges and July 14 in the Izard County Circuit Court on the felony charges

On April 7, Austin Greer, age 25 of Mountain Home was arrested by deputies Toby Smith and Rusty Ford for DWI, open container, no seatbelt, fictious license plate, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance. Greer was given an OR bond with a court date of July 23 in the Izard County District Court.

On April 8. Aimee Arcoraci-Davies, age 31 or Horseshoe Bend was arrested by Deputy Brent Engles for domestic battery. Aimee's bond was set at $1,500 professional with a court date of June 2 in the Izard County District Court.

On April 9, Kamala Crone, age 52 or Horseshoe Bend, and Jeffrey Rains, age 47 of Horsehoe Bend, were arrested by Deputy Brent Engles for domestic battery. Rains was given an OR bond & Crone was given a bond of $2,500; both were given a court date of July 7 in the Izard County District Court.
