According to Chief Deputy Charley Melton, on June 13, Justin Clements, age 34 of Forrest City, was arrested by Deputy Jason Jordan on a warrant for failure to appear. Clements is scheduled to be in the Izard County District Court on August 6.

On June 14, Maxwell Preston, age 19 of Melbourne, was arrested by Chief Deputy Charley Melton for domestic battery. Maxwell is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on August 6.

On June 16, Lisa Baggett, age 41 of Mount Pleasant, was arrested by Deputy Tyler Webb for disorderly conduct. Johnson is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on August 6.

On June 16, Logan Boyd, age 27 of Mountain View, was arrested by Deputy Jason Jordan on a warrant for terroristic threatening. Boyd is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on July 7.

On June 17, during Izard County Circuit Court, Judge Tim Weaver found William Stanton, age 28 of Melbourne, and Codi Stanton, age 27 of Horseshoe Bend, in contempt of court and ordered them to be held without bond until their trial. Both were out on bond for felony drug charges and both were positive for multiple controlled substances. Codi was also charged with possession of a controlled substance. As a result from an investigation on June 16, Codi was also charged with shoplifting. For the new charges, Codi is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on July 9.

On June 17, Kevin Chute, age 49 of Norfork, was arrested on a warrant for Probation/Parole absconding when he appeared in the Izard County Circuit Court. As a result, Judge Weaver revoked Chute's bond and ordered him held until his trial.

On June 17, Zion Montoya, age 18 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested by Sgt. Mike Smith and Deputy Jim Davis for disorderly conduct, public intoxication, minor in possession of alcohol, and resisting arrest. Montoya is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on September 1.

On June 18, Eric Buczynski, age 50 of Melbourne, was arrested by Deputy Tyler Webb for criminal mischief, battery, and disorderly conduct. Buczynski is scheduled to appear in the Izard Count District Court on July 23.

On June 18, John Battles, age 23 of Sidney, was arrested by Sgt. Mike Smith for Parole/Probation violations. Battles was out on bond out of the Izard County Circuit Court for felony drug charges. As a result, Battles bond was revoked.

On June 19, Ricky Lake, age 41 of Horsehoe Bend, was arrested by Deputy J Barnes for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Lake is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on August 4. Lake also has a hold for Parole/Probation.

On June 20, Marcus Alvarado, age 44 of Melbourne, was arrested by Sgt. Mike Smith for domestic battery. Alvarado is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on July 9.

On June 21, Trebor Broyles, age 22 of Norfork, was arrested by Trooper Lively for fictitious license plate, no proof of insurance, and driving on a suspended driver's license. Broyles is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on August 20. Broyles also had a felony warrant out of Howell County Missouri. He is awaiting extradition to Missouri.
