DOLPH COUPLE FACING FELONY DRUG CHARGES

A Dolph man and woman were recently charged with multiple drug offenses- three felonies and two misdemeanors. Both offenders, Tony Alfonso Grigg, age 41 and Danetta Marie Mayfield, age 31 who reside at 85 Dockins Lane were charged February 7 with possession with the intent to deliver-methamphetamine, a class “y” felony; possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, a class “c” felony; unlawful use of a communication device, a class “c” felony; endangering the welfare of a minor-second degree, a class “a” misdemeanor; and possession of marijuana, a class “a” misdemeanor. Sheriff Tate Lawrence said that both remain in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of a $25,000 bond each. .

Deputies were called early Saturday morning to the Crestview Apartments in Calico Rock in response to a party including underage drinkers. Three adults were arrested and taken to the Izard County Detention Facility and three juveniles were taken to the White River Juvenile Detention Center in Batesville. Brent Tyrel Sanders, age 21 of Pineville was charged with endangering the welfare of a minor and six counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Sanders posted bond in the amount of $7, 235 and was released. Brian Keith Cantrell, Jr., age 18 of Calico Rock was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, endangering the welfare of a minor, and possession by a minor of liquor. Cantrell posted bond in the amount of $6,940 and was released. Samantha Jo bran scum, age 22 of Pineville was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and endangering the welfare of a minor. Branscum posted bond later in the day in the amount t of $5,000 and released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

John Dean Oliver, age 31 of Oxford was arrested Saturday on the charge of driving while intoxicated. Oliver posted bond the following day in the amount of $1,055 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Chad L. Lawrence, age 33 of Melbourne was arrested Thursday night on charges of domestic battering third degree and criminal mischief second degree. Lawrence was given a court date and released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Following a Saturday evening incident in Guion, Greg William McNealy, age 43 of Guion arrested on the charge of domestic battering third degree. McNealy remains in the Izard County Detention Facility.

Howard Dwayne Beard, age 68 of Salem was arrested Friday on a violation of Arkansas hot check law warrant. Beard posted bond later that day in the amount of $468 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Joshua Nathan Cagle, age 25 of Pineville was arrested February 8 on a failure to pay warrant. Cagle posted bond February 10 in the amount of $500 and was released.

Jordan Randell Meadows, age 19 of Washburn, Missouri was arrested February 7 on a Baxter County misdemeanor warrant. Meadows posted bond the following day in the amount of $270 and was released.

Kenneth David Pittman, age 64 of Violet Hill was arrested February 8 on charges of operating a motor vehicle without insurance and having a fictitious license platen. Pittman posted bond in the amount of $555 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Billy D. Turner, age 39 of Melbourne was arrested Saturday afternoon on charges of public intoxication and criminal trespass. Turner remains in the Izard County Detention Facility.
