IZARD COUNTY SHERIFF'S REPORT

An early Friday morning traffic stop in Melbourne resulted in the arrest of Dawn Raviscionia, age 33 of Melbourne. Raviscionia was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusing to submit to a chemical test, obstructing governmental operations, criminal mischief second degree, and violation of ignition interlock device Act. Rvaoscionia was released the following day after posting bond and given a court appearance date.

A Melbourne woman, twenty nine year old Malissa S. Neal was arrested March 9 on the charge of possessing a controlled substance and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility on a no bond hold from the department of correction.

Brian Earnst Sandy, age 30 of Cotter was arrested in Pineville during the early morning hours on February 9 and charged with public intoxication. According to Sheriff Tate Lawrence, Sandy was standing at the intersection of state highways 233 and 177 and stated to officers that he was unsure of where he was and that he had been to party somewhere on Jackson Port Road, but not sure of the exact location. Sandy was released the following day from the Izard County Detention Facility after posting bond in the amount of $225.

Benjamin J. Hinds, age 28 of Oxford was arrested Friday on a bond revocation. Hinds remains in the Izard County Detention Facility until the next scheduled circuit court date.

Dennis James Henry, age 62 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested Friday morning on charges of speeding, driving left of center, and obstructing governmental operations. Henry posted bond the same day in the amount of $1,390 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Deena Leslie Thompson, age 38 of Bella Visita was arrested March 9 on a bond revocation. Thompson remains in the Izard County Detention Facility.

Richard E. Harshaw, age 43 of Brockwell was arrested Wednesday afternoon at the highway 9 intersection in Melbourne and charged with public intoxication. According to Senior Deputy J.T. Baker, Harshaw was walking near that location and appeared to have a cut over his right eye which Harshaw stated was the result of his wife hitting him before she made him get out of the vehicle she was driving. Harshaw posted bond the following day in the amount of $205 and was released.

Robert G. Ferrari, age 22 of Melbourne was arrested Saturday on a Stone County warrant. Stone County authorities later transported Ferrari from the Izard County Detention; Facility to the Stone County Jail.

Brent Allen Dale, age 42 of Sidney was arrested March8 on a failure to pay circuit fines warrant. Dale paid $1,000, agreed to a payment plan for the remainder of the fine, and was released the following day.

Kevin Keith Chute, age 39 of Pineville was arrested Thursday on a failure to pay fines warrant. Chute appear before Judge David Miller the following day and was released.

Cody Justin Casey, age 23 of Melbourne was arrested Thursday on a failure to pay fines warrant. Casey posted bond the following day in the amount of $250 and released from jail.

A Violet Hill man was arrested March 7 at a residence at 333 Piney Fork Road near the Antioch Church and charged with public intoxication. Haans Christopher Harris, age 34 apparently had been in fight but seemed not to remember it and the occupant of the residence wanted Harris away from her property. Harris was released from the Izard County Detention Facility the following day after posting bond in the amount of $205.

Lynne Young, age 49 of Oxford was arrested March 9 on a failure to pay fines warrant. Young remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $640 cash bond.

Richard E. harshaw, age43 of Brockwell was arrested March 7 on a failure to pay fines warrant. Harshaw was released from the Izard County Detention Facility the following day after posting a cash bond in the amount of $545.

Lisa Harshaw, age 35 of Brockwell was arrested March 9 on a failure to pay fines warrant. Harshaw posted bond the same day in the amount of $545 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Aleisha Eyvonne Cooley, age 31 of Melbourne was transported to the Arkansas Department of Correction March 8 following an earlier arrest involving numerous felony drug charges.
