Eldenia Earlene Heath, age 50 of Knob Creek Road in Melbourne was arrested June 13, 2011 on two felony drug charges stemming from her allegedly altering a schedule IV controlled substance prescription. According to Izard County Sheriff Tate Lawrence, Heath is accused of changing the prescription amount of 90 diazepam pills to 190 pills. Heath’s charges include obtaining a controlled substance by fraud/forgery, and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver. Heath was later released from the Izard County Detention Facility and given circuit court date.
Alexander Blake Rouse, age 19 of various addresses in Izard and Sharp counties was arrested June 13 on a warrant charging him with defrauding a secured creditor, a class “d” felony. Sheriff Lawrence said Rouse is accused is selling a vehicle he earlier bought with a loan obtained from a local bank without obtaining permission from the lender. Rouse was also charged on a warrant for possession of intoxicating liquor by a minor. Rouse was released from the Izard County Detention Facility on June 15 after posting bond in the amount of $2,000 and given a court date.
Kimberly Denise Wilson, age 31 of Calico Rock was arrested Wednesday for fraudulent use of a credit/ debit card. According to investigative records, Wilson used a debit card at a grocery store in Calico Rock that had earlier been reported as stolen. Wilson posted bond in the amount of $1,000 the day of her arrested, was given court date and released from the Izard County Detention Facility.
Two Melbourne eighteen year olds were arrested June 13 and later charged with criminal trespass and criminal mischief 1st degree. The charges stem from deliberate damage to vehicles parked at a Melbourne business. Charged were John Mosher and William Stanton. Mosher, who tested positive for marijuana at the time of his arrest which is a violation of his previous bond was ordered held in contempt of court and afterwards posted bond in the amount of $1,600, given a court date and released from jail. Stanton was released and given a court date.
Dwayne Matthew Sutterfield, age 36 of Dolph was arrested June 16 on charges to include failure to pay fines, criminal trespass, driving while intoxicated, drinking in public, disorderly conduct- two counts, and obstructing governmental operations. Sutterfield posted bond the following day in the amount of $3,765, given a court date, and released from the Izard County Detention Facility.
Lisa Kay Smith, age 44 of Dolph was arrested June 16 on charges of disorderly conduct and domestic battering third degree. Smith posted bond later that day and was released from the Izard County Detention Facially.
Kelly Lynn Alberson, age 33 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested Friday on a child support enforcement warrant and disorderly conduct. Alberson remains in the Izard County Dentition Faci;lity.
Jacky Dean Pittman, age 27 of Brockwell was arrested June 15 on violation of Arkansas hot check law warrant from Baxter County, whose authorities transferred him to Mtn. Home.
Kimberly Dawn Sanders, age 36 of Brockwell was arrested Saturday on a failure to pay warrant from Independence County. Sanders was transferred to Batesville by Independence County authorities.
Candi Michelle Q. Willis, age 22 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested June 12 on army desertion charges. Willis was later picked up military police.
