WOMAN ARRESTED GAVE FALSE NAME

    PENNY LEE PRICE 

 

Following a compliant on Friday from the Sylamore area that a rental lodge was being occupied by two individuals who were not authorized to be there, deputies arrested  a male named Samuel White, age 56 of Mountain View and a female who was finally identified as Penny Lee Price, age 33 of Mountain Grove, Arkansas.   Izard County Sheriff Tate Lawrence said that Price initially identified herself to authorities as being Crystal Gail Hall, age 36 of Mountain Grove.  Sheriff Lawrence said that it is his understanding the Price used the name of her sister.  White was charged with criminal trespass while Price was charged with criminal trespass along with criminal impersonation and obstructing governmental operations.  White was released from the Izard County Detention Facility and given a court date.  Price remains incarcerated in lieu of bond and holds from other jurisdictions.

Dawn Christine Eheart, age 34 of Williford was arrested February 6 on violation of Arkansas hot check law warrant.  Eheart was released the day of her arrest after appearing before District Judge David Miller and given a court date.

Ricky Lee Alford, age 61 of Mountain Home was arrested February 7 on a probation/parole violation and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility on a no bond hold.

Paul David Beaver, age 28 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested Thursday on a probation/parole violation and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility on a no bond hold.

Holly Beth Potter, age 40 of Melbourne was arrested February 6 on a contempt of court charge and was directed to serve a ten day commitment by Izard County Circuit Court.

A Cherokee Village woman, Brenda Leeann Coborn was arrested Saturday on a failure to pay fines warrant for an earlier fine for driving while intoxicated.  Coborn , age 37 posted bond Sunday in the amount of $745 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Twenty six year old Mechelle Hicks of Newark was arrested February 8 on a failure to pay fines warrant. Hicks posted bond in the amount of $150 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Joshua Kyle Light of Batesville was arrested February  7on a failure to pay fines warrant.  Twenty year old Light posted bond the following in the amount of $1540 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Jessie Daine May, age 28 of Calico Rock was arrested February 7 on a failure to pay fines warrant.  May posted bond the day  of his arrest in the amount of $610, given a court date, and released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Tony Ray Sneathern, age 32 of Calico Rock was arrested February 7 on a failure to pay warrant.  Sneathern posted bond the day of his arrest in the amount of $810 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Archie Wayne Dorsett, age 23 of Ozark was arrested Sunday on a failure to pay fines warrant.  Dorsett remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $1,030 cash bond.

Kyle Salamone, age 32 of Mammoth Spring was transported Thursday to the Arkansas Department of Correction.
