VARIOUS IZARD COUNTY ARRESTS

 

Robert Pinkonsly, age 48 of Oxford was arrested April 11 on charges of delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia.  Pinkonlsy posted bond on Sunday, given a court date, and released.

Virginia Ruth Knight, age 38 of Viola who was being held in the Izard County Detention Facility on earlier charges was additionally charged with felony furnishing  prohibited articles in a correctional facility.  Knight remains in the Izard County Detention Facility.

Izard County deputies were dispatched to Wiseman Friday afternoon in response to a domestic violence compliant.  The complaining party stated that she had been struck in the face during an altercation with her husband,  Jesse J. Cap .  Cap, age 27 was charged with domestic battering third degree and due to the presence of a one year old and a three year old child, Cap was additionally charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor according to Izard County Sheriff Tate Lawrence..  Cap remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of bond.

Saturday afternoon, deputies were asked to conduct a welfare check on children at 185 College Drive in Melbourne. Four unattended children, ages 4, 6, 8, and 10  without adult supervision were located in the apartment.  The older child stated to deputies that they were often left alone without a baby sitter.   Sheriff Tate Lawrence said Alicia M. Donaldson, age 27 was arrested on four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor.  The Arkansas Department of Human Services placed the children under their care.  Donaldson appeared  Sunday before District Judge David E. Miller, given a court date, and released from the Izard County Detention Facility

Saturday night, deputies were dispatched to Wideman in reference to a domestic battery in progress.  Upon the arrival of the deputies, Benjamin Nichols stated that he and his wife had engaged in an argument and the wife said Nichols was upset and grabbed her by he right hand and left arm.  Nichols , age 30 of Wideman was arrested on the charge of domestic battery.  Nichols appeared before District Judge. David E.  Miller on Sunday, given a court date and released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Carrie Lee Sisk, age 23 of Melbourne was arrested Thursday on the charge of obstructing governmental operations and a warrant from Baxter County.  Sisk remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of bond in the amount of ;$1105.

Shawnee  McAfee, age 36 of Sage was arrested April 10 on a theft of property warrant. McAfee is accused of taking money from a Melbourne residence.  McAfee posted bond the following day and was released with a court date from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Donald Wayne Patterson, age 47 of Cave City was arrested April 9 on a contempt of court charge and harassment.  Patterson appeared before Judge David E. Miller on April 13, was released on stringent conditions, and given a court date.

Cody Lee Wilson, age 21 of Mountain Home was arrested  April 12on an Izard County failure to pay fines warrant.  Wilson remains in the Izard County Detention Facility.
