08/13/2012 SEARCH WARRANT RESULTS IN ARRESTS |

The Izard County Sheriff’s Department along with members of the 16th Judicial District Drug Task Force and members of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission conducted a search warrant at a residence off Lunenburg Road near Melbourne. The August 7 search warrant resulted in the arrest of an adult male and an adult female. Sheriff Tate Lawrence said that Lori Funkhouser, age 41 and Timothy Michael Ridgley , age 33 both of 3391 Lunenburg Road were each charged with four felonies and one misdemeanor. The charges include delivery of a schedule II controlled substance (oxycodone), a class “c” felony; possession of a controlled substance, a schedule VI controlled substance with the propose to deliver, a class “d” felony; manufacture of a controlled substance, a schedule Vi controlled substance, a class “d” felony; use or possession with the purpose to use drug paraphernalia with the purpose or manufacture a controlled substance, a class “d” felony; and use or possession with the purpose to use drug paraphernalia, a class “a” misdemeanor. Approximately $7,700 discovered in a safe in the residence is believed to be drug money and was seized. Funkhouse and Ridgley posted bond the day of their arrest in the amount of $10,000 and are scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on September 17.
