MALES FACING BATTERY CHARGES

 

Kenny Joe Johnson, age 34 of Mt. Pleasant was arrested Christmas Eve  and charged with battery third degree.  Johnson is accused of choking and slapping a male juvenile.  The altercation took place at a Mt. Pleasant convenience store. Johnson was released Christmas Day after appearing before District Judge David Miller.

In another dispute, Trevor Pittman, age 40 of Guion is accused of getting physical with  a female adult and was arrested December 28  on the charge of domestic battery third  degree.  Pittman is accused of grabbing the female by the throat and spitting in her face. Pittman  was released the following day after appearing before Judge Miller.

Michael C. Dale, age 34 of Bonetown Road, Sidney was arrested December 18 following an argument and altercation with a female at a residence in Mt. Pleasant.  Dale is accused  knocking the compliant to the floor at least twice.  Dale was charged with domestic battering third degree. Dale was released the day of his arrest by Judge Miller.

Brian Cole Kever, age 18 of Melbourne was arrested  late Saturday night on the charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Kever posted bond the following day in the amount of $2335 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Anthony Edwin Arrietta, age 18 of College Drive, Melbourne was arrested December 27 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of an instrument of crime, and having no seat belt.  Arrietta was released  from the Izard County Detention Facility with a court date.

Zachary Russell Peck, age 19 of Franklin was arrested late Saturday for public intoxication-drugs.  Peck posted bond the following day in the amount of $205 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Aven Ricky Taylor, Jr., age 42 of Violet Hill was arrested December 28 on a Sherwood Police Department warrant.  That department later transported Taylor from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Latina Kurtley, age 39 of Melbourne was arrested Saturday on a Sharp County warrant and was released by a Sharp County judge.

Cee Kenny Vandrimmelen, age 31 of Red Lamb Road, Melbourne was arrested Christmas Day on a Baxter County warrant.  Vandrimmelen was released the day of his arrest after posting an $855 bond.

Kendra Leigh Hinds, age 34 of Pine Bluff was arrested the day after Christmas on an Izard County failure to appear warrant.  Hinds posted bond the day of her arrest in the amount of $1,000 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Jimmy Lynn Hooper, Jr., age 33 of Batesville was arrested  December on a Texas felony warrant and released to Texas authorities the following day.

Emerson David McCoy, age 57 of Dixon Street, Melbourne was arrested December 18 on charges of driving while intoxicated, not having a driver‘s license, and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. McCoy posted bond the following day in the amount of  $1,585 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility..

Brandie Leigh Holt, age 26 was arrested December 20 after appearing in court and testing positive for several illegal drugs.  Holt remains in the Izard County Detention Facility on a “no bond” status. 

Virginia Ruth Burch, age 38 of Salem was arrested December 16 on a felony failure to appear warrant..  Bruch remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of a $10,000 bond.

Cristafer Scott Gosser, age 20 of Batesville was arrested December 22 on an Izard County failure to pay fines warrant.  Gosser was released from the Izard County Detention Facility on December 24 after posting a $200 cash bond.

Stephen Shaw Pool, age 24 and giving his address as homeless was arrested December 23 on an Izard County failure to appear warrant.  Pool remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $1,000 bond.
