Joseph Swik, age 18 of Melbourne was arrested February 15 on the charges of battery third degree, criminal mischief second degree, and criminal trespass. Sheriff Tate Lawrence said the charges stem from an incident at the Moser Street Apartments in Melbourne where a victim complained that Swik broke into his apartment and assaulted him with a pool cue. After briefly searching the area, deputies Ed Sollock and Acy Beebe found Swik at his Quail Run apartment and took him into custody. Swik posted bond on February 22 in the amount of $1,000, given a court date, and released.
Bryant Odell Rawlings, II, age 21 of Melbourne was arrested February 12 on charges of domestic battery third degree, making a terrorist threat, criminal mischief second degree, and fleeing. According to Sheriff Tate Lawrence, Rawlings was at the home of his mother and step father in the J Bar J area when he became combative with them and they called the sheriff’s department. Rawlings had left the residence upon the arrival of deputies and ran into a nearby wooded area. When deputies located Rawlings in the woods, he continue to run which resulted in the fleeing charges. Rawlings was apprehended and taken to the Izard County Detention Facility. On February 21 Rawlings appeared in the Izard County District Court where he was released for a later court appearance.
Kenneth Lee Wright, age 45 of Batesville was arrested February 11 when appearing in Izard County Circuit Court in answer felony theft related charges under the influence illegal drugs. Wright had earlier been released from the Izard County Detention Facility on the theft charges after posting bond. Wright’s bond was revoked as the result of these contempt charges and remains jailed without bond.
Bobbi Renee Kelley, age 32 of Calico Rock was arrested February 15 on numerous charges to include disorderly conduct, failure to transfer title, careless and prohibited driving, operating a vehicle without plates and violation of child passenger protection laws. Kelley posted bond in the amount of $1,255, given a court date and released from the Izard County Detention Facility.
Bradley Don Skidmore, age 35 of Brockwell was arrested February 17 on charges of domestic battering third degree and two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor. Skidmore posted bond February 19 in the amount of $300 cash, given a court date, and released from the Izard County Detention Facility.
Quinetta Lyn McCollum, age 23 of Oxford was arrested Sunday afternoon on charges of public intoxication, terrorist threatening second degree, disorderly conduct, and endangering the welfare of a minor. McCollum remains in the Izard County Detention Facility pending appearing before a judge.
Richard Trever Armstrong, age 35 of Fayetteville was arrested February 19 on an Izard County failure to pay fines warrant. Armstrong posted bond a cash bond February 20 in the amount of $685 and released.
Jimmy Ray Lewis, age 24 of Batesville when appearing in Izard County Circuit Court February 11 to answer theft related charges was jailed and his bond was revoked after appearing in court under the influence of illegal drugs. Lewis will remained jailed until his next court date.
Virginia Ruth Burch, age 39 of Salem, had her bond revoked February 11 after appearing in court under the influence of illegal drugs. Bruch will remain in the Izard County Detention Facility until her next circuit court date.
Brian Leroy Richards, age 30 of Victorville, California was arrested February 13 on a White County felony failure to appear warrant. Richards was picked up and transported to White County by the Searcy Police Department.
Steven Keith Wheeler, age 41 of Brockwell was arrested February 13 on a Craighead County warrant whose authorities transported him to the Craighead County Jail.
Rebecca Wray, age 27 of Oxford was arrested Valentines Day on the charge of driving with a suspended license. Wray posted bond the day of her arrest in the amount of $350 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.
Randall Nick Bray, age 33 of Oxford was arrested February 19 on an Independence County failure to pay fines warrant. Upon arrest, Bray posted bond in the amount of $540 and was released.
Gerald Christopher Heitzman, age 44 of Mt. Pleasant was arrested February 19 on an Independence County warrant and the day of his arrest he posted bond in the amount of $540 and was released.
Edwin Ben Teegarden, age 40 of Dolph was arrested February 12 on warrants of failure to appear and failure to pay fines from Izard County District Court. After appearing in court February 21, Teegarden was released and given an additional court date.
A Brockwell woman, thirty nine year old Jennifer Denise Raub was arrested February 13 on an Izard County failure to appear warrant. Raub was released from the Izard County Detention Facility on February 21 after an initial appearance in district court.
Forty-eight year old Tracye Deanne Rauls of Violet Hill was arrested Saturday morning on a failure to pay fines warrant. Rauls posted bond at the time of her arrest in the amount of $305 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility. Rauls is also known to use the last name of Fisher and is the owner of Survival Camp Ministries in Violet Hill.
Deborah Renae McCollum, age 35 of Cherokee Village was arrested February 11 on a failure to appear warrant and her bond was revoked when she appeared in Izard County Circuit Court. McCollum remains in the Izard County Detention Facility with her earlier bond revoked until the next scheduled count date.
Dwayne Richard Serghides, age 37 of Melbourne was arrested February 11 on the charge of disorderly conduct. Serghides was released to a mental facility on February 20.
Travis Reed, age 33 of Drasco was arrested February 19 on an Arkansas Department of Correction hold. Reed remains in the Izard County Detention Facility on a no-bond status.
Robert James Langford, age 31 of Melbourne was arrested February 11 on a bond revocation and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility until the March term Circuit Court date.
Deric Rushin, age 36 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested February 11 on contempt of charges relating to testing positive for illegal drugs while appearing in Izard County Circuit Court and for his conduct in court. Rushin was released two days later on a medical release.
Steven Chute, age 23 of Melbourne was arrested February 14 on a child support enforcement warrant. Chute was released February 19 under an agreement to pay.
Three individuals appearing in Izard Circuit Court received five day commitments in the Izard County Detention Facility after appearing in court and admitting they would test positive for illegal drugs. Committed were Melissa Deane Williams, age 40 of Sage; Allen Wade Bowers, age 29 of Salem; and Garian Gregrey Osborn, age 19 of Cave City.
Adam Wade Pinkston, age 40 of Melbourne was released February 12 to Oklahoma authorities who had a felony warrant on Pinkston and Lewie Elmer Branscum was transported February 12 to the Arkansas Department of Correction
