BATESVILLE MAN CHARGED WITH TRAILER THEFT

Deaven Kyle Manley, age 19 of Batesville was arrested Saturday on a theft of property warrant. Manley is accused of borrowing a trailer from a Mt. Pleasant man and then refusing to return it.  Manley was released from the Izard County Detention Facility after posting a $1,000 bond. 

Edward Anson Fulbright, age 52 of Mt. Pleasant was arrested August 25 on charges of driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to a chemical test, and carrying a weapon. Fulbright was carrying a loaded 380 semi-automatic pistol in his pocket. Fulbright posted bond the following day in the amount of $3,930 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Tanya Lynette Turner, age 43 of Melbourne was arrested September 1 on five outstanding warrants from various locations.  Only the Sherwood Police Department indicated they would extradite. Turner was released from the Izard County Detention Facility after posting a $3,259 bond.

Chad Jarome Langston, age 28 of Melbourne was arrested Thursday and placed a probation/parole hold for investigative purposes. Langston remains in the Izard County Detention Facility.

Nicole Elizabeth Jordan, age 32 of Pineville was arrested Friday after failing a court ordered drug test. Jordan remains in the Izard County Detention Facility on a probation hold.

Justin Allen Janson, age 28 of Calico Rock was arrested Thursday for driving on a suspended license. At the time he was booked into the Izard County Detention Facility, Janson tested positive for various illegal drugs and was ordered held until the following day.

Ronald C. Jacobs, age 75 of Salem was arrested August 26 on the charge of disorderly conduct.  Jacobs posted bond the day of his arrest in the amount of $205 and was given a September 3 court date in Horseshoe Bend.

Scott R. Holloway, age 43 of Pineville was arrested Thursday on the charge of criminal trespass. After appearing before District Judge David E. Miller, Holloway was issued a no contact order and released with a September 26 court date.

Billy Headstream, AGE 39 OF Melbourne was arrested August 27 on a child support enforcement warrant and a hold from Independence County. Bond for Headstream was set at $4,219. Headstream remains in the Izard County; Detention Facility.

Hanna Brooke Grady, age 24 of Melbourne was arrested August 28 on a failure to appear warrant. Grady remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of a $995 cash bond.

Robert Bronson Foster, age 34 of Melbourne was arrested August 26 on a failure to pay fines warrant on original charges of driving on a suspended license and disorderly conduct. Foster was released August 28 after posting a $550 cash bond.

John Henry Figueroa, age 36 of Fairfield Bay was arrested August 27 on an Independence County warrant and was transferred to Batesville the following day.

Mary Katherine Dehli, age 32 of Oxford was arrested Saturday on a failure to pay fines warrant, Dehli posted bond the day of her arrest in the amount of $395 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

David Keith Crider, age 245 of Oxford was arrested Friday on a failure to pay fines warrant. Crider posted a $150 cash bond the day of his arrest and was released with a court date.

Elissa Lynn Barger, age 35 of Benton was arrested Saturday on a failure to pay fines warrant. Barger remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $1,680 cash bond.

Charles Edward Adam, age 57 of Oxford was arrested Friday on charges of failure to appear, driving without a license, and having no seat belt. Adams posted a $480 cash bond and a $385 professional bond the day of his arrest and was released with a court date.
