DOMESTIC ARRESTS

Shortly after midnight Thursday, Jeremy W. Crider, age 32 of Melbourne was arrested at his Melbourne residence after a female complainant called the Izard County Sheriff’s Department  and said that Crider had pulled a knife on her while saying that he was going to spill her guts. The female said she was afraid of Crider because he had done similar things in the past. Rider remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $1,105 bond.

In another domestic altercation, Ashlee Ann Mills, age 18 of Melbourne was arrested in connection with an altercation with her sister. The assault took place in the Sylamore area. Mills remains in the Izard County Detention pending an appearance before a judge.

Following a Thursday night incident in Oxford, Daniel W. Taylor, age 34 was arrested on the charge of disorderly conduct. The Oxford resident remains in the Izard County Detention Facility.

Shannon David Edwards, age 34 of Oxford was arrested September 11 on a felony contempt charge. Edwards made provisions for bond September 13 and was released with an October Circuit Court date.

Christopher Stewart Padelford, age 44 of Calico Rock was arrested September 10 on a probation/parole violation and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility. Sheriff Tate Lawrence said a revocation hearing is scheduled for Padelford’s possible return to prison.

Keith Allen Richardson, age 23 of Calico Rock was arrested September 9 on the charge of theft of property. The charge stems from allegations that Richardson stole items from vehicles at a Calico Rock used car dealer.

Antwaune Deshawn McCuien, age 19 of Brockwell was arrested Saturday night when family members called saying McCuien was out of control. McCuien is being held on disorderly conduct charges in lieu of $205 bond.

Dillon Joseph Faver, age 19 of Mountain View was arrested Thursday warrants of failure to appear from Independence County and Sharp County. Faver was given court dates in each jurisdiction and released.

Jacob David Acord, age 33 of Glencoe was arrested September 10 on contempt charges from Izard County Circuit Court. Acord posted bond the day of his arrest in the amount of $2,045 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.  

Donald Jason Eheart, age 32 of Violet Hill was arrested September 9 on contempt charges and failure to pay fines. Eheart remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $6,540 bond.

Jeremy Lewis Gross, age 39 of Franklin was jailed Thursday on Circuit Court contempt charges and was committed to the Izard County Detention Facility for six months.

Stephanie Marie Richardson, age 28 of Norfolk was jailed September 10 on a contempt charge for having failed a drug test. Richardson is being held on a hold from the Mississippi Department of Correction.

Rose Fern Branch , age 51 of Oxford was committed to the Izard County Detention Facility on a ten day hold following Izard/Fulton County Drug Court.

Johnny Lance Propst, age 36 of Batesville was arrested September 9 on the charge of driving on a suspended license and a warrant from Independence County. Propst was transferred to Independence County the following day.

Tony N. Quinn, age 53 of Calico Rock was arrested Friday on two child support enforcement warrant and is being held in the Izard County Detention Facility on a no bond status.

Two inmates were transferred September 11 to the Arkansas Department of Correction. Dusty Lynn Reynolds of Salem had been held in the Izard County Detention Facility since August 5 and Courtney Lynn Jennings, age 34 of Wideman had been held since June 28.
