Randall Bray, age 34 of Oxford was arrested April 17 on a felony forgery warrant. The arrest stems from allegation that Bray forged a land deed showing he was the owner of the land and used the deed to secure a loan which he defaulted on. Sheriff Tate Lawrence said that Bray posted bond in the amount of $10.000, was released from the Izard County Detention Facility and given a June 23 circuit court date.
James Lee Deen, age 23 of Cotter was arrested April 19 can charge with felony possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver. Deen posted a $5,000 the day of his arrested and given a circuit court date.
Jeremy Darrell Coleman, age 32 of Melbourne was arrested April 18 on the charge of domestic battering third degree. The stems from a compliant that Coleman, his wife, and children were asked to leave the residence in which they had been staying and became combative with the homeowner and physically grabbed her by the neck. Coleman later reported to the sheriff’s office where he was most uncooperative, became physical with Sergeant Gabe Sanders at which time he was subdued and booked into the Izard County Detention Facility where he awaits a bond hearing.
Zackery Charles Mayfield, age 34 of Melbourne was arrested April 16 on a probation/parole violation after he admitted to Officer Josh Morehead that he had consumed illegal drugs. Mayfield remains in the Izard County Detention Facility where he awaits are probation revocation.
A Calico Rock man, Samuel Conway Jennings, age 18 was arrested around midnight Friday on the charge of public intoxication after Sergeant Acy Beebe and Deputy Jason Jordan responded to alarm activation at Harp’s Grocery in Calico Rock. The store appeared to have been entered through an unlocked door but it was not apparent anything was missing from the store. Jennings approached the deputies and while being questioned the shirtless man urinated and defecated on himself. At the time of his arrest, Jennings was carrying a consideable sum of cash on his person. Jennings is being held on a criminal investigative hold with possible additional charges pending.
Timothy Scott Cannon, age 22 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested April 16 on charges of harassment and criminal trespass after being warned previously by the homeowner and the Izard County Sheriff’s Department not to be on the property. Cannon posted bond April 19 in the amount of $1,320, given a court date and released from the Izard County Detention Facility.
Annie Jane Morris, age 45 of Melbourne was arrested April 16 following a disturbance involving Morris and her mother. Deputy Jaden Whitfield, along with Deputy Roger Vanlandingham said the dispute involved Morris drinking water from her mother’s glass. Morris was charged with disorderly conduct. Morris appeared before District Judge David E. miller on April 20, was given a court date, and released from the Izard County Detention Facility.
Chasity Dawn Fader, age 37 of Melbourne was arrested during her appearance in Izard County Circuit Court after admitting that she had ingested illegal drugs while out of jail on bond. Fader was released following her three day commitment.
Marion Eugene Berry, age 58 of Franklin was committed to the Izard County Detention Facility on April 18 for two days. The commitment was the result of an infraction from the Izard County Drug Court.
Deputy Richard Williams arrested Joseph Douglas Herron, age 33 of Ash Flat on a Horseshoe Bend warrant of failure to appear. Herron posted bond in the amount of $100 on April 20, given a court date, and released from the Izard County Detention Facility.
Ronnie Hayden Womack, age 52 of Melbourne was arrested April 14 following an incident at a Melbourne business. Womack was charged with public intoxication-drugs and disorderly conduct as well as being served a felony failure to appear warrant. Womack was later released for emergency medical reasons.
Joshua David Sanders, age 35 of Dolph was arrested April 15 on the charge of possessing drug paraphernalia. Sanders was released the following day after posting bond in the amount of $2,500.00.
Roy Matthew Hicks was arrested April 18 and placed on a drug task force hold pending charges.
Justine Scott Dude, age 28 of Batesville was arrested April 14 and his felony bond was revoked and he remains in the Izard County Detention Facility pending court.
Christina Ann Copes, age 30 of Oxford was arrested April 15 on a violation of Arkansas hot check law. Copes appeared before District Judge David E. Miller on April 17, released and given a court date.
Noel James Loosey, age 50 and stated that he was homeless, was arrested April 17 and placed on a drug task force hold pending charges. Loosey remains in the Izard County Detention Facility.
Ernest Gail Tucker, age 39 of Jonie was arrested April 16 on a child support enforcement warrant and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $25,129 bond.
