HORSESHOE BEND THEFT ARRESTS

 

Shane A. Butgereit, age50 was arrested April 22 on charges stemming from items being taken from the porch of a North Bend Drive residence in Horseshoe Bend. The charge alleges that Butgerit stole items including a tackle box full of tackle, a humming bird feeder, an electric drill, an electric grinder, and a palm sander. Butgereit of Horseshoe Bend was also charged with criminal trespass, a class “b” misdemeanor and theft of property, a class “a” misdemeanor. Following the April 23 arrest, Butgereit appeared before District Judge David E. Miller, given a Horseshoe Bend court date, and released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Rebecca Ann Burch, age 46 of Calico Rock was arrested April 23 on a warrant accusing her of furnishing prohibited articles in jail facility. Burch presented a bible to jailers to be given to a relative who was incarcerated. The bible contained a small key like instrument with a sharp end on it.  Burch, who was released for medical reasons following her arrest, will appear May 20 in circuit court to answer this felony charge.

Charmaine Dawn Butgereit, age 49 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested April 23 on charges of driving on a suspended license and not having vehicle insurance. Butgereit posted bond the day of her arrest in in the amount of $685, given a court date, and released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

David Calvin Benge, age 56 of Pineville was arrested Saturday night on charges of possessing a controlled substance, driving while intoxicated, and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Benge remains in the Izard County Detention Facility pending appear before District Judge David E. Miller.

Rebecca Dockins, age 42 of Melbourne was arrested April 25 on a probation violation hold and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility.

Macias Octavio Luis, age 21 of Calico Rock was arrested Saturday night on the charge of possessing an instrument of crime. Luis remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $1,105 bond.

Garian Gregory Osborn, age 20 of Cave City was arrested April 24 on a felony failure to appear warrant. Osborn remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $10,000 bond.

Jennifer Denise Raub, age 40 of Brockwell was arrested Friday on a failure to pay fines warrant and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $500 bond.

Mervin Taylor Sanders, age 34 of Batesville was arrested Friday night on the charge of fleeing and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $1,000 bond.

Chasity Dawn Fader, age 37 of Melbourne was arrested April 22 on a Missouri warrant and was extradited to Oregon County, Missouri the following day.

Amber Lane Deane, age 35 of Elizabeth was arrested Friday on a violation of Arkansas hot check law warrant.  Deane posted a cash bond in the amount of $569 the day of her arrest and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Judy Joan Thomas, age 53 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested on a Baxter County failure to appear warrant. Thomas posted bond in the amount of $490, given court date and released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Jennifer Whitehead, age 27 of Calico Rock was arrested April 21 on a failure to pay fines warrant.  Whitehead posted a $635 cash bond the day of her arrest, given a court date, and released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Phillip Wilcoxon, age 37 of Mountain Home was arrested April 21 on a failure to appear warrant. Wilcoxon was released April 24 after appearing in the Izard County District Court.

Jeremy Darrell Coleman, age 32 of Melbourne was April 18 on the charge of domestic battering third degree and a felony  hold by Baxter County authorities. Coleman was released to Baxter County April 21 and given a June 12 court date.

Jeremy Wayne Niederbrach, age 36 of Salem was transported April 21 from the Izard County Detention Facility to the Arkansas Department of Correction.
