BULLET REMARK CAUSES MAN TO BE ARRESTED

Jesse Daine May, age 30 of Calico Rock was arrested after a female complained that May had made threatening remarks to her on several occasions and that most recently told  h her that he had a bullet with her name on.  During an interview with Izard County Chief Investigator Charles Melton and a postal inspector, May admitted that he in fact did tell her that he had a bullet with her name on it. May was charged with terroristic threatening second degree. Sheriff Tate Lawrence said the complainant is an employee of the postal department. May appeared before District Judge David E. Miller and was released form the Izard County Detention Facility with a court date.

In other activities, Charlene Loretta Ayscue, age 40 of Oxford was arrested July 31 on three out of county warrants after deputies wre dispatched to an Oxford residence where it was reported that Ayscue would not leave when asked. Later Ayscue was transferred to Sharp County.

Eilkina Christina Lane, age 63 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested July 30 on the charge of criminal mischief. After a mental screening, Lane was transferred to St. Vincent’s in Little Rock.

Robert G. Ferrari, age 25 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested August 1 on a failure to pay fines warrant. Ferrari posted a $400 cash bond the day after his arrest, was released from the Izard County Detention Facility and given a court date.

Melissa Louann Blue, age 28 of Gassville was arrested July 31 on a failure to pay fines warrant. Blue appeared before District Judge David E. Miller on August 2, was released from the Izard County Detention Facility and given a court date.

Terri Lynn Heikes, age 51 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested July 30 on a Baxter County warrant and later transferred to Baxter County.

Christopher George Rick, age 37 of Mountain Home was arrested July 28 for driving on a suspended license. Rick posted bond the day of his arrest, given a court date, and released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Phillip Kyle Gillihan, age 22 of Melbourne was arrested July 29 on the charge of public intoxication. Gillihan was later released from the Izard County Detention Facility after posted a $205 cash bond.

Mark Joseph Ward, age 42 of Conway was arrested July 27 on a Van Buren County warrant but was later released after Van Buren County authorities agreed that he could contact their court.

David Scott Finley, age 45 of Ash Flat was arrested July 29 for failure to pay fines stemming from an earlier conviction of driving while intoxicated-second offense, and disorderly conduct. Finley appeared before District Judge David E. Miller, given a court date, and released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Tori Leann Reiley, age 37 of Hardy was arrested July 29 on a Horseshoe Bend failure to appear warrant. Reiley remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of a $1080 cash bond.

Jackie Dean Campbell, age 39 of Ash Flat was arrested July 29 on a Horseshoe Bend failure to pay fines warrant and a hold from the state of Texas.  Campbell remains in the Izard County Detention Facility on the Texas hold

A Salem man, twenty eight year old Christopher Adam Christie was arrested August 1 on an Izard County failure to pay fines warrant. Christie remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $1,040 cash bond.
