Timothy Scott Cannon, age 22 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested August 25 after Deputy Jaden Whitfield was dispatched to a reported fight at a Robin Street address in Horseshoe Bend. The altercation, according to the report, started as the result of Cannon texting a female at that location and asking for sex and then appearing in person asking for the same. The female’s husband intervened and Cannon struck him and busted his lip. Cannon was jailed on the charge of domestic battering third degree. Cannon was released Cannon remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $2,500 cash bond.
Another Horseshoe Bend man, William Stanton, age 22 was arrested August 29 for violating his terms of probation/parole and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility on August 31.
Kathy Mae Pannell, age 55 of Melbourne was arrested August 31 on the charge of driving on a suspended license. Pannell was released from the Izard County Detention Facility after posting a $1,105 bond and given a November 6 court date.
Joseph E. Templin, age 35 of Little Rock was arrested August 31 on the charge of obstruction governmental operations. Templin was released the day of his arrest after posting a $1,105 bond and given and October 23 court date.
Kevin Tyler Webster, 27 of Batesville, was arrested August 26 on an Izard County failure to appear warrant. Webster was released from jail after posting a $1,500 bond and given a court date.
Christina Ann Copes, age 31 of Norfolk was arrested August 29 on a theft of motor fuel warrant. Copes is accused of pumping fuel into her vehicle and driving away with paying for the fuel. Copes was released the day of her arrest after posting bond and being given a September 25 court date.
Daison Stephens Faver, age 18 of Sidney was arrested August 28 on a Sharp County warrant and was transferred the following day to the Sharp County Jail.
