Two individuals were arrested the night of September 10 in Horseshoe Bend and charged with drug related offense. Joshua Nathan Collins, age 29 of Salem was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and Kasey Lauren Liggett, age 31 of Ash Flat was charade with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug g paraphernalia, and operating a vehicle without insurance. Liggett posted bond the day of her arrest in the amount of $1,940, given a court date and released from the Izard County Detention Facility. Collins posted bond the day after his arrest in the amount of $605, given 0 degree and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility
Blake Dixon , age 23 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested September 9 on a failure to appear warrant and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $1,500 cash bond.
Following an incident September 13 in Horseshoe Bend, Kyle Richard Cohn, age 27 was arrested and charged with domestic battery third degree. Ericka Lynne Stephens, age 24 of Horseshoe Bend was charged with domestic battering third degree, third degree assault on a family member, and disorderly conduct.
Brenda Sutton, age 42 of Mountain h Homes was arrested September 9 on three hot check warrants involving 15 hot checks. Sutton remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $2,048 cash bond.
Jeremy Wayne Niederbrach, age 36 of Salem was arrested September 9 on a probation violation and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility without bond.
Danny Mullins, age 61 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested September 10 on a felony failure to appear warrant. Mullins remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash bond.
Kimberly Ann Martin, age 48 of Gepp was arrested September 8 on a drug court violation and was released September 10.
