HORSESHOE WOMAN ARRESTED ON THEFT CHARGES

A Horseshoe Bend woman was arrested October 15 on the charge of theft of property. Melanie Jorden Obrien, age 23 is accused of taking an electronic device. Obrien posted bond October 17 in the amount of $380 and released from the Izard County Detention Facility with a court date.

Delores Jean McNealy, age 37 of Melbourne was arrested October 16 on the charge of domestic battering third degree. The charge stems from an altercation with her daughter.  McNealy was released with a no contact order from the Izard County Detention Facility on November 18 for medical reasons and given an October 23 court date.

A twenty seven year old Viola woman, Dana Lee Jensen was arrested October 16 on a probation violation and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility without bond.

Daison Stephens Faver, address not given, age 18 was arrested October 16 on the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Faver posted bond the day of his arrested in the amount of $605, given a court date and released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Kandra Wynne Douglas, age 44 of Melbourne was arrested Friday on charges to include driving on a suspended license, having no liability insurance, and operating aa vehicle without a license  plate.  Douglas posted bond the day of his arrest in the amount of $790, released, and given a January 22 court date.

Wanda Foye Current, age 44 of Wiliford was arrested October 16 on a White County warrant and was later transported to Searcy.

Charles Anthony Clements, age 31 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested October 16 on a probation violation and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility without bond.

Another Horseshoe Bend man, forty nine year old Anthony Lee Abbott was arrested October 15 on charges of driving on a suspended license, fictitious plate, drinking on the highway, and a failure to appear warrant. Abbott was also charged with four counts of possessing drug paraphernalia. Abbott posted bond the day of his arrested and given a court date.

Timothy Shane Stevenson, age 21 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested Saturday on a Boone County warrant and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $401 bond.

Weldon G. Spiers, Jr., age 26 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested  the night of  October 15on charges of driving while intoxicated, disorderly conduct, failure to provide proof of insurance, and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Spiers posted bond the following day in the amount of $1,435, released and given a November 11 Horseshoe Bend court date.

Robert Lee Parker, age 46 of Calico Rock was arrested the night of October 13 on the charge of domestic battering third degree. The charges stem from an altercation with a girlfriend.  Parker appeared before Judge David E. Miller on October 15, released and given an October 23 court date.
