The charges against Tanya Stanton, following the October 24 execution of a search warrant at her residence at Horseshoe Bend, have been upgraded to include three drug related felonies. Sheriff Tate Lawrence said Stanton, age 39 of West Ridge Circle now faces additional charges of felony possession of drug paraphernalia- two counts, and maintaining a drug premise near a drug free zone. Stanton posted bond October 28 in the amount of $25,000, given a November 17 Izard County Circuit Court date, and released from jail.
Rolando Quintanilla, age 31 of Garner, Arkansas was arrested early morning October 27 on charges of driving while intoxicated third offense, driving on a suspended license, and driving left of center. Quintanilla posted bond later that day in the amount of $6,540, released from the Izard County Detention Facility, and given a November 20 court date.
Andi Rush, age 22 of Wideman was arrested October 26 on a Baxter County warrant. Rush posted on October 27 and released from the Izard County Detention with a court date in Mtn. Home.
While investigating a possible domestic abuse situation the night of October 28, Deputy Phil Story arrested the male party to the situation on charges obstruction of governmental operations and resisting arrest. Kevin Neilser, age 33 of Page Cemetery Road failed to comply with orders of Deputy Story and when placed under arrest, Neilser jerked away and assumed a defensive stance as if he was going to strike Story. Neisler posted bond the following day in the amount of $2,210, given a December 11 court date and released from the Izard County Detention Facility.
Shawn Michael Sablan, age 18 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested early evening October 29 on charges of domestic battering third degree and endangering the welfare of a minor. Sablan became physically abusive with a female companion causing marks and bruises on her. Sablan was holding a small child while engaging in this misconduct. Sablan remains in the Izard County Detention pending an appearance before District Judge David E. Miller.
Jonathan Wayne Dillard, age 23 of Calico Rock was arrested October 29 on a theft by receiving warrant. Dillard was found in possession of a stolen gun. In addition to being held in lieu of a $500 bond for this charge, Dillard is also being held in the Izard County Detention Facility on Baxter County charges.
Joshua Andrew Gordon, age 24 of Batesville was arrested October 28 on a failure to pay fines warrant and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $2, 055 bond.
