DRUG POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DELIVER

Cody Allen Curtis, age 22 of Mt. Pleasant on five charges of possessing a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, and possession of narcotics outside the container it was dispensed.  According to Sheriff Tate Lawrence, Curtis posted bond the day of his arrest in the amount of $20,000 and given an Izard County Circuit Court date.

Jimmie Beck, age 47 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested December 12 on the charge of theft by receiving. Beck is alleged to have received property stolen from a residence on Parker Lane in Oxford. Beck was released due to medical reasons the day of his arrest with a court date. Also arrested in connection with this incident were Jimmie Dale Horton, age 53 of Oxford and Michael Allen Horton, age 24 of Oxford. They too were charged with theft by receiving and remain in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $1,500 bond.  Sheriff Tate Lawrence said another individual, Larisa Beck, age 37 of Horseshoe Bend has been charged with theft by receiving and tampering with evidence in connection with the incident but has not been arrested.

Michael Hartado Cortez, age 60 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested December 13 on the charge of harassment. Cortez posted bond the day of his arrest in the amount of $1,105, released from the Izard County Detention Facility and given a January 6 Horseshoe Bend court date.

Jimmie Lee Gillaspie, age 19 on Sage was arrested December 12 on three counts of possessing drug paraphernalia and one charge of possessing a controlled substance. Gillaspie remains in the Izard County Detention Facility pending a bond hearing.

Chris James Martin, age 51 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested December 10 on the charge of harassment. Martin posted a $1,000 bond the day of his arrest and was released from the Izard County Detention with a January 6 Horseshoe Bend court date.

Rodney Shane Donahue, age 44 of Melbourne was arrested the night of December 12 on charges to include driving while intoxicated-second offense, driving on a suspended license, careless driving, refusal to submit to a chemical test, and seat belt not in use. Donahue remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $4,095 bond.

Veronica Lee Beck, age 46 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested December 12 pending felony charges of possession of schedule II narcotics with the intent to deliver. Sheriff Lawrence said Beck remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bond.

Jason William Davidson, age 35 of Batesville December 9 on the charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle. Davidson posted bond the day of his arrest in the amount of $1,000 and released from the Izard County Detention Facility with a January 8 court date.

William Bennett, III, age 31 Of Franklin was arrested December 10 of a failure to pay fines warrant. Bennett appeared before District Judge David E. Miller and given a court date.

Brent Tyrel Sanders, age 25 of Pineville was arrested December 8 on the charge of driving while intoxicated.  Sanders posted bond the following day in the amount of $1,000 and was released with a January 22 court date.

Adam Montgomery, age 25 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested December 10 by Deputy Mike Smith on the charge of driving on a suspended license. Montgomery posted bond the day of his arrest in the amount of $380, released with a January 6 court date in Horseshoe Bend.

Rhonda Ann Woods, age 43 of Pineville was arrested December 9 on violation of Arkansas hot check law warrant. Woods posted bond the day of her arrest in the amount of $342 cash and given a court date.

Jonathan Wayne Dillard, age 24 of Calico Rock was arrested December 10 by Deputy Phil Story on the charge of driving on a suspended license. Dillard appeared before Judge David E. Miller the following day, and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Nathan Hellums, age 24 of Conway was seated December 11 on a failure to pay fines warrant and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash bond.

Dennis Lawton, age 49 of Jordan was arrested December 11 on a contempt of court charge after testing positive for a controlled substance. Lawton remains in the Izard County Detention Facility until his next scheduled date in Izard County Circuit Court.

Charles Booth, age 31 of Horseshoe Bend was committed December 11 to 3 days in the Izard County Detention Facility by District Judge David E. Miller.

Josha Sanders, age 36 of Dolph was arrested December 11 on a failure to pay fines warrant. Sanders appeared in Izard County District Court the day of his arrest and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Rhonda Ann Woods, age 43 of Pineville was arrested December 9 on a violation of Arkansas hot check law warrant. Woods posted a $343 cash bond the day of her arrest, was released from the Izard County Detention Facility, and give a December court date.

Barry David Ivey, age 56 of Franklin was arrested the night of December 7 on  charges of driving while intoxicated, driving on a suspended license, driving left of center, driving left of center, having no insurance, and refusal to submit to a chemicals test. Ivey appeared before Judge David E. Miller, was released with a January 6 court date in Horseshoe Bend.
