Jeremy Rush Hicks
A Brockwell man was arrested December15 in connection with the theft of a trailer out of Texas. Jeremy Rush Hicks, age 42 was charged with theft by receiving based on information from the Austin Texas Police Department. Sheriff Tate Lawrence said Hicks posted a $5,000 bond on the class “d” felony the day of his arrest, released from the Izard County Detention Facility and given a January 26 Izard County Circuit a court date.
Allen Aaron Winemiller, age 30 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested Thursday on charges of criminal trespass and theft of property. Winemiller is being held in lieu of an $810 bond and a probation/parole hold.
Shelby Lynne Johnson, age 23 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested December 15 on a criminal contempt of court charge. Johnson was released December 17 by the court to attend a rehabilitation Facility.
Jennifer Leann Rushing, age 37 of Calico Rock was arrested Thursday on a seven day Izard County Circuit Court commitment of seven day for testing positive for a controlled substance. Rushing remains in the Izard County Detention Facility.
Richard James Bentley, age 25 of Batesville was arrested December 15 on a failure to appear warrant and remains in the Izard County Detention on a no bond status.
Chasity Dawn Fader, age 38 of Melbourne was arrested December 15 on a felony failure to appear warrant. Fader appeared in court the day of her arrest and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.
Logan Caudell, age 49 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested December 18 on the charges of theft of property and criminal trespass. Caudell remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $810 bond.
Angela Diane Rose, age 43 of Calico Rock was arrested December 17 on three counts of violation of Arkansas hot check law. Rose remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $1,404 bond.
Matthew Keith Teague, age 30 of Pineville was arrested Thursday on charges of driving while intoxicated, careless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, and failure to use seatbelt. Teague remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $2,455 bond.
Stephen Langley, age 32 of Melbourne was arrested December 17 on a Crawford County warrant. Langley was released to Crawford County authorities the following day.

Appear warrant and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of a $2,000 cash bond.
Steve Edward Walde, age 54 of Pineville was arrested December 14 on a failure to pay fines warrant. Walde remains in the Izard County Detention in lieu of $880 cash bond.
Betty Jean Harp, age 50 of Melbourne was arrested December 16 for filing a false report, two counts of aggravated assault on a family member, and endangering the welfare of a minor. The charges stem from an incident at the quarry near Violet Hill. Harp posted a $500 cash bond December 18 and was released with a court date.
Daniel Nathan Bennett, age 31 of Salem was arrested December 17 on the charge of possessing a controlled substance. Bennett remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $1,105 bond.
Calvin Don Wilson, age 64 was ordered committed to the Izard County Detention December 15 for contempt of court charge. The commitment was for a 5 day period.
Delores McNealy, age 37 of Guion was jailed December for failing to comply with court ordered community service. McNealy was released the day of her commitment and returned to community service.
Three Izard County inmates awaiting bed space in the Arkansas Department of Correction were transported December 19 to prison. These individuals include Zabrien Allen Meek, age 33 of Horseshoe Bend; Justin Dow Barnes, age 30 of Mt. Pleasant; and James Perry Knott, age 50 of Dolph.
