BETH DICKERSON TIFFANY TREECE FRANK COX
A Calico Rock woman who has been in jail since October 13, 2013 in lieu of $500,00 bond on charges of sexual indecency with a child, sexual assault fourth degree, and rape now faces additional child sex related charges. According to Sheriff Tate Lawrence, thirty two year old Beth Dickerson was additional charged January 16 with another sexual assault in the fourth degree, a class “d” felony; and distributing, possessing, or viewing of matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child. These additional charges stem from the forensic analysis of her computer by the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory. The computer was seized at the time of Dickerson’s original charges. Bond for Dickerson was increased to $510,000 dollars. She remains in the Izard County Detention Facility.
After being dispatched the night of January 13 to a compliant from a property owner that a vehicle in her driveway was occupied by two individuals unknown by the complainant. While speaking with vehicle’s driver, identified as Frank Cox of Calico Rock and passenger Tiffany Treece of Pineville, Deputy Ed Sollock observed drug paraphernalia on seat next to the driver and asked the driver to exit the vehicle. Discovered in the driver’s coat pocket was a bag of green vegetable material identified as marijuana and a set of digital scales. Upon further examination of the vehicle Deputy Sollock discovered a loaded semi-automatic handgun, a glass smoking device with burnt residue and a metal grinder also containing drug residue. As the examination continued, a crystalline substance which field tested as being methamphetamine, a small metal container with marijuana residue, several smoking straw and tubs with white residue, another small bag of marijuana, a bag with two glass smoking device made from light bulbs with residue on them were found in the vehicle. Twenty year old Cox and nineteen year old Treece were each charged with possession of methamphetamine, a class “d” felony; possession of paraphernalia used to ingest meth, a class “d” felony; possession of Meth paraphernalia to analyze, store or contain the drug, a class “b” felony; simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm, a class “y” felony; and two class “a” misdemeanors relating to marijuana possession and possession of paraphernalia to ingest marijuana. Cox and Treece were released from the Izard County Detention after posting a $40,000 bond each. Sheriff Tate Lawrence said the arrests and charges were the combined efforts of the Izard County Sheriff’s Department and the 16th Judicial District Drug Task Force.
Blake Lawrence, age 31 of Norfolk was arrested January 12 on charges of harassing communications- six counts and terroristic threatening first degree. The charges relate to phone calls Lawrence is accused of making to officials of the Eagles in Horseshoe Bend. Lawrence was released with a court date the day of his arrest.
Angelique Marie Gibson, age 23 of Mount Pleasant was arrested January 16 following a reported theft from an employee locker at a Melbourne discount store. Gibson, a store employee, is accused to breaking into the locker and taking prescription drugs and at the same time damaging the locker of another employee. Gibson was charged with theft of property and criminal mischief. Gibson was released the day of her arrest after posting a $1,000 bond and given a January 22 court date.
A warrant has been issued for Destiny Berry, age 20 in connection with the theft of a ring that was stolen from a residence. Berry is in the Independence County jail facing other charges while an Izard County hold has been place on her.
Jaye Frank Guy, age 47 was arrested January 13 on charges of driving while intoxicated-drugs, fleeing in a vehicle, and reckless driving. Guy posted a $2,105 bond the following day, released from the Izard County Detention Facility, and given a February 12 court date.
Joseph Cruz, age 31 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested January 1 on charges of driving on a revoked license as the result of a DWI and having no liability insurance. Cruz posted bond he day of his arrest in the amount of $1,335, released from the Izard County Detention Facility and given a February 10 court date.
George William Brown, age 55 of Mountain View was arrested January 14 on a violation of Arkansas hot check law warrant. Brown was released the following day with a court date after appearing before District Judge David E. Miller.
Jacqueline Joyce Strader, age 62 of Mount Pleasant was arrested January 13 on a violation of Arkansas hot check law warrant. Strader posted bond the day of her arrest in the amount of $466, given a court date and released.
B.J. Hinds, age 32 was arrested January 12 on a probation violation and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility on a “no bond” status.
James William Teague, age 29 of Dolph was arrested January 15 on the charge of obstructing governmental operations. Teague posted a $500 bond the day of his arrest, released from the Izard County Detention Facility and given a March 26 court date.
Eric Deuyne Miller, age 33 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested January 14 on the charge of disorderly conduct. Miller was released the following day with a court date when he appeared before District Judge David E. Miller.
Nacona Amber Kinkead, age 32 of Melbourne was arrested January 15 for driving on a suspended license. Kinkead posted bond the day of her arrest in the amount of $350 cash, released from the Izard County Detention Facility and given a March 26 court date.
Megan Renae Androff, age 22 of Ash Flat was arrested January 13 on the charge of theft of property. Androff was released the following day after posting a $500 cash bond. Androff’s scheduled court date is February 12.
Chad Aaron Webb, age 40 of Ash Flat was arrested January 12 on a Lawrence County warrant and was transported to Walnut Ridge.
Billy Kirker, age 37 of Newark was arrested January 12 on a failure to pay fines warrant. Kirker remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $500 cash bond.
Aaron Michael Woodward, age 30 of Cave City was arrested January 13 on a failure to appear warrant. Woodward appeared before District Judge David E. Miller the following day, released from custody, and given a January 22 court date.
