ANOTHER PERSON ARRESTED IN MELBOURNE BURGLARY

Another person has been arrested in the burglary of Miller’s Warehouse in Melbourne. Joseph Daniel Wilkerson, age 23 of Cave City was arrested February 4 on charges of commercial burglary, criminal mischief, and theft of property. Wilkerson remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $10,000 bond with a scheduled date of March 17.

Anna Mae Warren, age 35 of Melbourne was arrested February 5 on warrants from three states-Oklahoma, Missouri, and Colorado. Warren has waived extradition proceeding to be returned to Oklahoma to answer to the charge of fraud. Warren remains in the Izard County Detention Facility.

Joshua Nathan Cagle, age 29 of Melbourne was arrested February 5 after being released five days earlier from the Izard County Detention Facility on numerous drug related charged. This time around Cagle is charged with domestic battering third degree after getting into an altercation in Pineville with a family member. Cagle had earlier posted a $20,000 bond and was released with a court date on the recent charge. Cagle is scheduled to appear in Izard County District court on Feburary12 and Izard County Circuit court on March 17.

Dallas Lee Johnson, age 25 of Mount Pleasant was arrested February 4 on charges of terroristic threatening second degree and battery third degree. Johnson was released February 6 after appearing before District Judge David E. Miller and given a February 12 court date.

Regina Rae Mynatt, age 47 of Mount Pleasant was arrested February 2 on the charge of battery third. The charge stems from an incident in Mount Pleasant with another woman. Mynatt posted bond the day of her arrest, given a February 26 court date and released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

 Bufford Adam Boyd, age 44 of Pineville was arrested Friday night on charges of driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility as of news release time.

Anita Marie Walde, age 48 of Pineville was arrested Friday night and placed on an investigative hold by the Arkansas State Police pending formal charges. Walde remains in the Izard County Detention Facility.

Danny Wayne Smith, age 36 of Marked Tree was arrested February 4 on a non support warrant. Smith remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $9,153 bond.

Jason Luchtenburg, age 27 of Mountain View was arrested Feburary5 on a failure to pay fines warrant. Luchtenburg was released the following day after appearing before District Judge David E. Miller.

A Williford woman, Penny Sue Tucker was arrested February 3 on a failure to pay fines. The 55 year old posted bond on Friday, issued a February 12 court date and released.

Richard Cohn, age 27 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested Saturday is being held without bond in the Izard County Detention Facility with a petition to revoke probation/parole.

Dwayne Jay Newman, age 59 of Mountain View was arrested Sunday on a failure to pay fines warrant and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $1,890 cash bond.

Two inmates of the Izard County Detention Facility were transported this past week to the Arkansas Department of Correction. Brandie Leigh Lyons, age 28 of Salem was transported February 2 while Michael Allen Horton, age 24 of Oxford was transported February 5. Both had been awaiting bed space at the department of correction.
