IZARD COUNTY ARRESTS

Heath E. Freeman, age 26 of the Norfolk area was arrested the night of June 23 on charges of driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to a chemical test, reckless driving, and having no seat belt. Freeman was released from the Izard County Detention Facility the following day after posting a $2,035 bond and was issued a July 23 court date.

Zackery Matthew Haley, age 29 of Melbourne was arrested the night of June 19 on the charge of driving while intoxicated-drugs second offense. Haley was released from the Izard County Detention Facility June 23 after appearing before Judge David E. Miller and given a July 23 court date.

Kristin Jean Giefer, age 31 of horseshoe Bend was arrested June 21 for disorderly conduct and criminal trespass. Giefer remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $440 bond with a July 21 Horseshoe Bend court date. This is the second arrest for Giefer in the past couple of weeks.

Susie Barnes, age 31 of Marion was arrested June 23 on a department of correction absconder warrant. Barnes remains in the Izard County Detention Facility without bond.

An Ashland, Illinois woman was arrested June 21 on the charge of driving on a suspended license. Thirty six year old Marsha L. Miller posted a $365 cash bond the day of her arrest and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility with a July 7 with a Horseshoe Bend court date.

Daniel Yancey, age 33 of Brockwell was arrested June 24 on a failure appear warrant and for fleeing on foot. As Deputy Jason Jordan was making a traffic stop on a vehicle for improper vehicle license, a passenger later identified as Yancey bailed from the vehicle and ran. Yancey was later located hiding under a cedar tree near the Corner Drug Store in Melbourne. Yancey remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $5205 bond.

Antwuane Deshawn McCuien, age 21 of Brockwell was arrested June 24 on the charge of domestic battery third degree. McCuien is accused of stabbing a family member with a fork. McCuien posted a $1,000 bond the following day and was released to Sharp County authorities who had am criminal detainer on him.

Brad Rush, age 42 of Melbourne was arrested June 23 on domestic battery charges. Rush is accused of become physical with family members. Rush appeared before District Judge David E Miller on June 25 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility with a July 23 court date.

Matthew Sutterfield, age 40 of Mtn. Home was arrested June 22 on a Baxter County warrant and was transferred there the following day.

Ricky Lake, age 36 of Little Rock was arrested June22 on a failure to pay fines warrant. Lake was released June 25 from the Izard County Detention Facility with a July 23 court date after appearing before Judge Miller.

Anthony Eugene Lawrence, age 47 of Harrison was arrested June 23 on a failure to pay fines warrant. Lawrence was released June 25 after appearing before Judge David E. Miller and given a July 23 court date.

Cameron Dale Sweatt, age 38 of Helena was arrested June 24 on a Cross County warrant and was later transported to Wynn, Arkansas to answer charges.

Steven Dipierdomenico, age 24 of Oxford was arrested June 22 on a failure to pay fines warrant. Dipierdomenico posted bond the day of his arrested in the amount of $430, released from the Izard County Detention Facility and given a July 23 court date.
