VARIOUS ARRESTS IN IZARD COUNTY

An Oxford man identified as Barry David Ivey, age 57 was arrested August 25 of the charge of disorderly conduct and driving on a suspended license. Ivey posted bond the following day in the amount of $585, given an October 6 Horseshoe Bend court date and released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Amanda Marie Thomas, age 30 of Dolph was jailed on a bond revocation after appearing in Izard County Circuit Court August 26 under the influence of illegal drugs. Thomas will remains in the Izard County Detention Facility until the next scheduled circuit court date of September 15.

Noel James Loosey appeared in Izard County Circuit Court on August 26 and tested positive for illegal substances. Loosey was found in contempt of court that resulted in his bond being revoked and he too will remain in the Izard County Detention Facility until September 15.

Carlos Alvarez, age 30 of Melbourne was arrested August 25 on charges of carless/prohibited driving and having no driver’s license. Alvarez posted bond the day of his arrest in the amount of $340, given a September 17 court date, and released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Roy Charles Parker, age 42 of Mountain Home was rested August 24 on a violation of Arkansas hot check law warrant. Parker posted a cash bond the following day in the amount of $340, given a September 3 court date, and released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Debra Ballard, age 53 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested August 24 for terroristic threatening second degree. Ballard allegedly threatened and individual Ballard accused of shooting her dog. Ballard was released the day of her arrest and given a September 1 Horseshoe Bend court date.

Following a family disturbance and an alleged altercation her daughter in law, Sherry Ann Morrow, age 52 of Sidney was arrested on the charge of domestic battery. After appearing the following before District Judge David E. Miller, Morrow was released and given a September 3 court date.

Tonya Lucille Tilley, age 38 of Jordan was arrested August 26 on failure to appear warrant for a third time. Tilley remains in the Izard County Detention Facility on a no bond status and is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on September 3.

Antonio Sanchez IV, age 26 of Calico Rock was arrested August 26 on charges of criminal trespass, battery third degree, and public intoxication. Sanchez appeared to be heavily intoxicated on some mind altering drug at the time of his arrest. Sanchez appeared before District Judge David E. Miller the following day, given a September 3 court date, and released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Allen Winemiller, age 31 of Horseshoe Bend who was awaiting in the Izard County Detention Center for bed space in the Arkansas Department of Correction was transported August 24.

Heath Hypes, age 44 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested Friday on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hypes remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $2,370 bond. Hypes has a scheduled court date in Horseshoe Bend on October 6.

A Horseshoe Bend man, Roy Gene Schreiber, age 76 was arrested August 27 on the charge of driving on a suspended license. Schreiber posted a $365 bond and was released with a Horseshoe Bend court date of October 6.

Matthew Blake Galloway, age 28 of Mountain Home was arrested August 27 on a failure to appear warrant. Galloway remains in the Izard County Detention Facility without bond and a hold from Howell County, Missouri.

Steven Scott Staton, age 42 of Gassville was arrested Friday on a failure to pay fines warrant and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $730 bond.
