Jason Bennett Stanley, age 36 of Calico Rock was arrested September 11   on charges of assault second degree, theft of property, driving n a suspended license, violating an ignition interlock device, and criminal trespass.  Sheriff Tate Lawrence said that at the time of his arrest, Stanley was out on $50,000  bond from Izard County Circuit Court. That bond was revoked and Stanley remains in the Izard County Detention Facility with a scheduled court date of September 17.

An eighteen year    old Cherokee Village man, Caleb Nathaniel Stone was arrested September 13 on the charge of possession of a controlled substance-marijuana. Stone appearing before appeared before Judge David E. Miller the day of his arrest, was released from the Izard County Detention Facility and given an October 6 Horseshoe Bend court date.

Canid Michelle Willis, age 28 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested September 2 on the charge of possession of a controlled substance, having no vehicle insurance, and operating a vehicle without license plates. Willis remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $850 cash bond and has a scheduled court date in Horseshoe Bend on October 6.

An Oxford man, 33 year old Clayton Doyle Henderson, was arrested September 4 on the drug related charges of possession of a controlled substance, possessing an instrument of crime-two counts, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Henderson was released the following day from the Izard County Detention Facility after posting bond in the amount of $4,610. Henderson has a scheduled court date of October 22.

Another Oxford individual, Patsy Henderson, age 33 was arrested September 5 on the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Henderson posted bond the day of her arrest in the amount of $1,120, released from custody, and given an October 8 court date.

Melissa Deanne Williams, age 42 of Melbourne was arrested September 5 on the charge of driving while intoxicated-drugs.,  Williams posted bond September 7 in the amount of $820, released from the Izard County Detention Facility and given an October 8 court date.

Tabitha D. Wagner, age 25 of Jonesboro was arrested September 7 on the charge of careless and prohibitive driving and driving while intoxicated.  Wagner posted bond later the day of her arrest in the amount of $990, given an October 8 court date and released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Twenty five year old Randal Lynn Billingsley of Violet Hill was arrested September 7 on charges of possessing a controlled substance, possessing an instrument, and having no insurance. Billingsley posted bond the day of his arrest in the amount of $2,515, given an October 8 court date, and released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

An Evening Shade woman, forty six year old Felicia Deanne Fulbright was arrested September 4 on the charge of pubic intoxication and disorderly conduct. Fulbright was released September 6 from the Izard County Detention after posting a cash bond of $440 and was given a September 17 court date.

Tonya Leanne Stanton, age 40 of Horseshoe Bend jailed September 4 on contempt charges from Izard County Drug Court serving a commitment until September 6, at which time she was released.

Jason Ray Ledbetter, age 38 of West Plains, Missouri was arrested September 10 on two failure to appear warrant. Ledbetter was ordered held without bond until his court date of September 17.

Tiffany Danielle Treece, age 19 of Wynne was jailed September 10 on a probation/parole hold and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility without bond.

Lawrence Marshall Jones, age 28 of Mountain Home was jailed during his appearance in Izard County District  Court after failing a drug test order by Judge David E. Miller. Jones was committed to 10 day in the Izard County Detention Facility.

William Cody Tillman, age 23 of Jefferson County was arrested September 11 on a Izard County felony warrant and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility without bond with scheduled court date of September 15 and September 17.

Dustin Michael Baird, age 28 of Melbourne was arrested September 2 on the charge of disorderly conduct. Baird, who has had frequent encounters with law enforcement appeared in court September 3 and was released.

Marion Eugene Berry, age 59 of Franklin was jailed by the Izard County Drug Court on September 5 and remains in the Izard County Detention to serve a 15 day commitment.

Lawrence Wayne Atkins, age 43 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested September 11 on charges of driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Atkins was released from the Izard County Detention Facility after posting an $820 bond the day following his arrest. Atkins is scheduled to appear in Horseshoe Bend court on November 3.

Steven Kent Woodard, age 47 with an address given as Williamson, New York was arrested September 7 on charges of false imprisonment and domestic battering third degree, both misdemeanors. Woodard appeared before District Judge David E. Miller the following day and was released with a September 17 court date.

Statler Lowery, age 22 of Oxford was arrested September 11 on a failure to pay fines warrant and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $1,300 cash bond.

Joel Bryant Gill, age 20 of Delhi, Louisiana was arrested September 4 on charges of driving on a suspended license, possession of an instrument of crime, possession of a controlled substance, having no insurance and a defective tail light. Gill posted bond the day of his arrest in the amount of $3,255, released and given an October 8 court date.

An Izard County inmate, Joseph Daniel Wilkerson, age 24 of Melbourne who had been awaiting bed space in the department of correction was transported September 8 to serve his circuit court imposed sentence.
