INMATES CHARGED WITH FILING FALSE REPORTS

Brent Allen Dale, age 47 of Sidney , according to Sheriff Tate Lawrence was arrested September 15 after dodging authorities for a while on a failure to appear warrant and an absconder warrant out of Fulton County. Dale is being held on a $635 cash bond and a Fulton County hold. At the time of his arrest, Dale tested positive for methamphetamine.

Cole Lee Nance, age 25 of Melbourne was arrested September 15 on the charge of domestic battery following a compliant by a female that he had assaulted her. Nance was released from the Izard County Detention Facility with a court date.

A pair in jail on various charges was additional charge while incarcerated for filing a false report alleging that a jail trustee had made sexual advancing while serving them a meal. After an investigation, it was determined that such report was false. Keith Allen Richardson, age 25 of Calico Rock who is awaiting transfer to the Arkansas Department of Correction and James Perry Knott, age 51 of Calico Rock being held on a U. S. Marshall warrant with a cash bond of $200,000 made the allegation against the trustee.

Kevin Hutson, age 34 of Melbourne was arrested September 17 on the charge of public intoxication-drugs. At the time of his arrest, Hutson tested positive for meth and opiates and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility.

Clifton Frank Davis;, age 50 of Melbourne was arrested September 17 on charges to include criminal trespass, possession of a firearm by a felon, terroristic threatening, and domestic battering third degree. Davis remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of a $5,000 bond.

Jenna Marie Stoker, age 22 of Mammoth Spring was arrested Saturday night on the charge of possession of a controlled substance and driving on a suspended license. Stoker appeared before District Judge David Miller the following day and was released with a November 12 court date.

Justin Allen Janson, age 30 of Calico Rock was arrested early Sunday morning on charges of driving while intoxicated-drugs, fictitious auto plates, driving on a suspended license, and having no insurance. Janson was released later the day of his arrest and given a November 12 court date.

Ronald Hill, Jr., age 21 of Salem was arrested Friday on an arrest warrant accusing him of harassing communications and terroristic threatening-two accounts. Hill remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of a $500 cash bond.

Brain L. Gibson, age 49 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested late night Friday on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Gibson was release the following day after posting a $440 cash bond and issued a November 12 court date.

Cody Allen Curtis, age 24 of Mt. Pleasant was arrested early Sunday morning on the charge of public intoxication and remains in the Izard County Detention; Facility in lieu of $220 bond. An October 22 court date is scheduled for Curtis.

A Batesville man, Cody Lynn Springer, age 21 was arrested September 16 on charges of public intoxication and criminal trespass relating to an incident at a shelter in Calico Rock. Springer appeared before District Judge David E. Miller the following day, was released from the Izard County Detention Facility and given an October 8 court date.

A Horseshoe Bend man identified as Kenneth Stephenson, age 51 was arrested September 16 on charges of public intoxication. Stephenson made an initial appearance before District Judge David E. Miller, given a Horseshoe Bend court date of November 3 and released.

Jason Michael Roberson, age 37 of Cooper Apartments, Melbourne was arrested September 14 on a theft of property charge and a failure to appear warrant. Roberson was released during Izard County District Court on September 17 after making provisions of bond and given a court date of November 12.

Ericka Lynn Stephens, age 25 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested September 17 on the charge of driving on a suspended license. Stephens remains in the Izard County Detention Facility on a felony bond revocation. A November 3 Horseshoe Bend court date is scheduled.

Timothy Scott Derrickson, age 36 of Batesville was arrested September 14 on a Sharp County warrant and was transported to that jurisdiction the day of his arrest.

Robert Smoke, age 55 of Lake View was sentenced to six days in jail following his appearance before District Judge David E. Miller

Melody Renee Hunter, age 22 of Mt. Pleasant who was awaiting bed space in in the Arkansas Department of Correction was transported to state authorities on September 15.
