A sobriety checkpoint conduct by the Arkansas State Police and the Izard County Sheriff’s Department Friday night, February 12 resulted in the arrest of Krya Jill Webb on charges of driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Webb, age 33 of Mt. Pleasant was released the following day from the Izard County Detention Facility after posting an $820 bond. Webb was issued an April 7 court date.

Another female was arrested on a driving while intoxicated charge following a traffic stop in Horseshoe Bend around 3:00 a.m. Sunday, February 14. Valerie Diane Simmons, age 31 of Horseshoe Bend was transported to the Izard County DetentionFacility. Simmons appeared before District Judge David E. Miller later the day of her arrest, was released and given a Horseshoe Bend court date of April 5. Deputy R.C. Lenex was the arresting officer.

Stephenie Richardson, age 30 of Norfolk was arrested Saturday afternoon on a felony contempt of court warrant.  Richardson posted bond later the day of her arrest in the amount of $1,920 cash and given a circuit court date of February 2.

Tadd Coltier Hickerson, age 27 of Melbourne was arrested Saturday afternoon on the charge of driving on a suspended license and no insurance. HIckerson appeared before Judge Miller Sunday morning and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility with a March 24 court date. Cpl. Richard Williams was the arresting officer.

Tony Lynn Conway, age 46 of Violet Hill was arrested Saturday for violating conditions of probation.Conway remains in the Izard County DetentionFacility without bond.

Richard Alford MaGouirk, age 28 of Mt. Pleasant was arrested Saturday on the charge of driving while intoxicated. Additional charges are pending from the allegation that he ran over his brother with a vehicle. MaGouirk remains in the Izard County DetentionFacility without bond. Deputy Mike Foster was the arresting officer.

Katelyn  Cook, age 21 of Violet Hill was arrested February 18 on charges of careless driving, possessing of drug paraphernalia- a syringe, and fleeing  in an automobile. Cook also has a hold out of Missouri and is awaiting extradition with a $250,000 bond. Deputy Mike Smith was the arresting officer and gave Cook an April 3 Horseshoe Bend court date.

Kenneth Ray Sullivan was arrested February 18 on the charge of terroristic threatening. The charge stems from Sullivan posted a $620 cash bond the day of his arrest and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility with a March 1 Horseshoe Bend court date.

Billy Joe Powell, age 35 of Calico Rock was jailed February 16 on the charge of contempt of court. Powell appeared in court and tested positive for methamphetamine and remains in the Izard County DetentionFacility without bond.

Leon Eugene Gillihan, age 24 of Oxford was arrested February 15 on the charge of domestic battery.  It is alleged that Gillihan tripped the female victim and pinned her to the ground. The female had asked Gillihan to leave the residence six or more times. Gillihan remains in the Izard County DetentionFacility in lieu of $500 cash bond with a March 5 court date. Deputy D.J. Tiernan was the arresting officer.

Mark A. Washoltz, age 54 of Mtn. Home was arrested February 14 on the charge of criminal contempt of court. Wacholtz remain in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $825 cash bond. Deputy D.J. Tiernan was the arresting officer.

Antonio Sanchez IV was arresting late Friday night on multiple charges to include driving while intoxicated-third offense, refusal to submit to a chemical test, having no tail lights, having no insurance, having no vehicle registration, and driving on a suspended license. ASP Trooper Rodney Villiger was the arresting officer. Sanchez remains in the Izard CountyDetentionFacility in lieu of $4,220 bond with a court date April 3.

Brandon Scott Stanley, age 42 of Pineville was arrested Friday on a petition to revoke probation and remains jailed without bond with a circuit court date of March 21.

Blake Alan Dixon, age 25 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested Friday on a violation ofArkansas hot check law. Dixon remains in the Izard County DetentionFacility in lieu of a $100 cash bond with a Horseshoe Bend court date of April 1. Deputy Doyle Cross was the arresting officer.

Scott Rayburn Galloway, age 31 of Mountain View was arrested February 15 on a Stone County warrant and was transported to the Stone County Jail the day of his arrest. Sgt. Mark Simino was the arresting officer.

Kenneth Edward Harmon, age 47 of Franklin was arrested February 9 on a failure to appear warrant. Harmon was released February 18 after appearing in Izard County District Court.

David Owen Ingram, age 44 of Salem was arrested Saturday  night on charges of driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to a chemical test, and failure  to dim  headlights.  Ingram posted bond the following day after posting a $1,310 bond and given an April 7 court date. ASP Trooper Rodney Villiger was the arresting officer.

Clifford Eugene Jones, age 47 of Salem was arrested February 17 on a contempt of court warrant. Jones was released the following day afterposting an $894 cash bond. Jones was given a circuit court date of March 21. Sgt. Mark Simino was the arresting officer.

Tanya Pauline Powell, age 39 of Big Flat was committed to the Izard County Detention for a 30 day period stemming from circuit court where she tested positive for drugs.

Freddy Leroy Reynolds, age 57 of Melbourne was arrested February 16 ona failure to appear warrant. Reynolds posted a $635 cash bond the day of his arrest and was given a March 24 court date. Arresting officer was Chief Deputy Earnie Blackley.

Amber Jane Smith, age 26 of Calico Rock was arrestedFebruary 15 on the charge of criminal trespass. Smith was given a March 3 court date and transported to Stone County to face additional charges. Sgt. Mark Simino was the arresting officer.

Kerby Don Smith, age 20 of Melbourne was arrested the night of February 15 on charges of driving while intoxicated, leaving  the scene of an accident, and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Smith was released the following day and given an April 7 court date. ASP Trooper Rodney Villiger was the arresting officer.

Mandi Ruth Thompson, age 36 of Mountain Home was arrested on a criminal contempt of court warrant and was released February 21 and given a March 2 circuit court date.

Lisa Marie Lawrence, age 46 of Marked Tree was arrested Sunday on an interference of custody warrant. Lawrence remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $2,500 cash bond with a March 3 court date. Deputy D.J. Tiernan was the arresting officer.

Michael Leland Meaders, age 30 of Sulphur Rock was arrested Saturday on a contempt of court warrant. Meaders was released from the Izard County Detention Facility the following day after posting a $1,000 cash bond and given a March 21 circuit court date.

Eddie Demetrice Holliday, age 39 of Batesville was arrested Sunday on a felony failure to appear warrant. Bond for Holliday is $10,000 cash with a circuit court date of March 21.
