IZARD BUSY WITH SEVERAL ARRESTS

Timothy Lee Stetka, age 25 of Pineville was arrested on the charge of terroristic threatening third degree. The charge stems from Stetka text messaging his ex-wife. Stetka posted bond the day of his arrest in the amount of $500 cash and given a Horseshoe Bend court date. Stetka turned himself into the sheriff’s office to answer the charge.

Casey S. Henderson, age 33 of Wiseman was arrested Saturday night on the charge of driving while intoxicated.  Henderson posted bond the following day in the amount of $820 cash and given an April 28 court date.

Henry Manning, age 41 of Melbourne was arrested Saturday night on charges of driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Manning was released the following day from the Izard County Detention after appearing before District Judge David E. Miller who issued Manning an April 28 court date. Corporal Richard Williams was the arresting office.

Millessa Marie Farmer, age 46 of Melbourne was arrested late Saturday night following a traffic stop for operating a vehicle without an operator license. Farmer posted bond the day of her arrest in the amount of $195 cash and issued an April 28 court date. Deputy Mike Foster was the arresting officer.

Daphne Jo Redding, age 43 of Salem was arrested Sunday morning on charges of no driver’s license and improper use of registration. Redding posted bond the day of her arrest in the amount of $540, released from the Izard County Detention Facility, and given a May 3 Horseshoe Bend court date. Deputy R.C. Lenex was the arresting officer.

Samantha Jo Branscum, age 27 of Pineville was committed March 25 to the Izard County Detention Facility to serve a two day commitment. The commitment was the result of violating a condition of drug court.

Larry Joe Long, age 36 of Pangburn was arrested Saturday on criminal contempt of court charges. Long remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of a $3,519 cash bond and has a court date of April 7. Deputy Cody Cruse was the transporting officer.

A Hardy woman, thirty year old Elaine Maxine Faulkner was arrested Friday night on charges of driving on a suspended license, false evidence of title or registration, having no liability insurance, and driving left of center. Faulkner was released the following day from the Izard County Detention after posting an $1,125 bond. An April 3 Horseshoe Bend court date was issued to Faulkner. Deputy Toby Smith was the arresting officer.

Richard Harris Smith, age 40 of Melbourne was arrested Friday on criminal contempt charge and is being held in the Izard County Detention Facility without bond with an April 13 court date. Deputy Mike Foster was the arresting officer.

Stacy Ann Alberson, age 40 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested March 24 on a parole/probation violation and is being held in the Izard County DetentionFacilitywithout bond. Lieutenant Charlie Melton was the arresting officer.

Allen Winemiller, age 32 of Hoxie was arrested Mach 23 on contempt of court charges. Winemiller was released the following day after appearing before District Judge David Miller, who issued Winemiller an April 13 court date. Chief Deputy Earnie Blacklley was the transporting officer.

Lakisha Marie White, age 29 of West Memphis was arrested March 23 on a failure to pay fines warrant. White appeared before Judge David E. Miller the following day and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility with an April 5 Horseshoe Bend court date.

Amy Lynn Smith, age 22 of Salem was picked up in Shelby County, Tennessee March 24 on an Izard County failure to appear warrant relating to burglary charges. Smith is being held in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash bond with an April 13 court date. Deputy D.J. Tiernan was the transporting officer.

Charles Anthony Clements, age 32 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested March 23 on charges of criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and obstructing governmental operations. Additionally, Clements is being held on a probation/parole hold without bond. Clements has a May 3 Horseshoe Bend court date. Deputy Mike Smith was the arresting officer.

Jonathan Wayne Dillard, age 25 of Calico Rock was arrested March 21 on an Arkansas County warrant and was transported from the Izard County jail to Arkansas County the following day. Deputy Cody Cruse was the arresting officer.

Jacob Payne Everett, age 19 of Salem was arrested the night of March 22 on charge of possession of intoxication liquor by a miner and careless driving. Everett posted bond the day of his arrest in the amount of $510, given a court date of April 16, and released from the Izard County Detention Facility. Lieutenant Charles Melton was the arresting officer.

Erin Kay Roper, age 31 of Melbourne was arrested March 22 on an Independence County warrant and was transported to lockup in Batesville the day of her arrest.

Nicholas Benjamin Speak, age 37 of Calico Rock was sentenced March 21 to the Izard County Detention Facility for a ten day commitment.

Four Izard County inmates who were awaiting prison bed space was transported to the Arkansas Department of Correction.  Kyle Edward Weeks, age 26 of Cabot was transported March 22 and Steven Gavin Stewart, age 54 of Mountain View was transported March 23 while Dana Lee Jensen, age 28 of Viola, and Melanie Jordan O’Brien , age 24 of Marked Tree were transported March 24.
