Anna Marie Stiles Craig Allen Gallup
Anna Marie Stiles, age 29 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested April 5 when she appeared in Izard County District Court- Horseshoe Bend Division intoxicated and when tested for drugs tested positive for methamphetamine and other illegal substances. Accompanying her in court was her small child who was to be taken home by her father as her mother went to jail. The father, forty year old Craig Allen Gallup showed up in court to take the child and he was charged with public intoxication and he too tested positive for meth and other drugs. Stiles was charged with contempt of court and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of a $500 cash bond. Deputy/Bailiff Mindy Jones transported Stiles to the Izard County Detention Facility. Gallup was charged with public intoxication-drugs and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $220 cash bond. Deputy Mike Smith was the arresting officer. Sheriff Lawrence said the small child was placed in custody of the department of human services. Stiles and Gallup have a May 3 Horseshoe Bend court date.
Following a traffic stop Thursday for a defective tail light, Charles Howard Maloney was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit to chemical test. The fifty eight year old from Melbourne was released from the Izard County Detention Facility after posting an $820 cash bond and was given Mary 5 court date. Deputy Evan Jones was the arresting officer.
Lawson Wade Herron was arrested April 7 on a domestic battering warrant. Herron is alleged to have struck his wife causing her lips to bleed and loosening a tooth. By the time officers got to their residence, Herron had fled the scene. Sheriff Tate Lawrence said his officers have often responded to the Herron residence in reference to domestic violence issues. Herron posted bond the day of his arrest in the amount of $1,500, released from the Izard County Detention Facility, and given an April 28 court date.
In another domestic violence arrest, Rodney Shane Donahue, age 46 of Melbourne was arrested late night April 4 on charges of domestic battering third degree, driving on a suspended license, and criminal trespass. The charges stem from Donahue forcibly entering the home of his ex-girlfriend in Oxford in a threatening manner. Donahue, who had left the scene was later arrested on a traffic stop on Jumbo Road. Donahue posted bond April 7 in the amount of $400 cash, released from jail, and given a May 5 court date.
In yet another domestic violent situation, Joel Keith Henry, age 30 of Cherokee Village was arrested Friday night on charges of domestic battering third degree, false imprisonment, and terroristic threatening. According to the arrest report, Henry had beaten his wife and threatened to cut her throat and watch the blood flow as she died. Henry had also locked her inside a bedroom.Henry remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $7,500 cash bond with a scheduled court date of April 28. Cpl. Richard Williams was the arresting officer.
An Ash Flat woman, thirty year old Jennifer Pittman was arrested Sunday on criminal contempt of court charges. Pittman has failed to pay circuit court fines as ordered. Pittman remains in the Izard County Detention Facilityin lieu of $1,870 cash bond and has a scheduled court date of April 13. Deputy Mike Foster was the arresting officer.
Joshua Dockins, age 30 of Oxford was arrested Friday on criminal trespass charge after being located at a Melbourne apartment after being banded from the property. Dockins was released from the Izard County Detention Facility after appearing before District Judge David E. Miller who issued an April 28 court date. Deputy Geoffrey Watts was the arresting officer.
Phillip Barnett, Jr., age 33 of Cave City was arrested in Stone County on an Izard County contempt of court warrant. Barnett is accused of not paying circuit court fines and remains in the Izard County DetentionFacility in lieu of $2,450 cash bond. Barnett who has an April 13 court date was transported by Sgt. Mark Simino.
Laura Chantelle Germeaux, age 28 of Melbourne was arrested Friday at her Quail Run apartment for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and has been placed on a hold by Fulton County. Germeaux remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $2,370 bond with a court date of Aril 28. Sgt. Mark Simino was the arresting officer.
Travis Lee Cagle, age 36 of Calico Rock was arrested April 7 on the charge of harassment. The charges stem, according to the police report, from Cagle communicating by text with a female who had asked him to stop. Cagle is also accused of stopping in the road in front of her house on several occasions. Cagle remains in the Izard County Detention Facility without bond with a court date of Mary 5. Lt. Charles Melton was the arresting officer.
Roger Lynn Lucy, age 56 of Gamaliel was arrested April 3 on contempt of court charges stemming from Lucy not paying circuit court fines as order. Lucy was released from the Izard County Detention after posting $650 cash bond and given an April 13 court date. Deputy Geoffrey was the arresting officer.
Tammy Lynn Martinez, age 39 of Salesville was arrested upon her release from prison for payment of fines and restitution. Martinez set up a payment schedule and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility with an April 13 court date.
A Greers Ferry woman, Tiffany Krystal Ellis was arrested Aril 4 on a failure to pay fines warrant. The twenty five year old was released from the Izard County Detention Facilityon April 7 after posting a $695 cash bond and appearing in District Court.
Susanna Irene Peaviler, age 44 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested April 5 on charges of driving while intoxicated, no driver’s license, and obstructing governmental operation. Peaviler was released from the Izard County DetentionFacility April 7 after appearing in Izard County District Court and given a Horseshoe Bend court date of May 3. Deputy Toby Smith was the arresting officer.
Tommy Lyle Franks, age 50 of Calico Rock was arrested April 7 on a Mountain Home warrant and was transported to Baxter County the sameday. Deputy Mike Foster was the arresting officer.
Jennifer Marie Thompson, age 39 of Salem was transported April 7 to the Arkansas Department of Correction and the result of being absconder.
