MELBOURNE MAN FACING MULTIPLE CHARGES

A Melbourne man was arrested May 3 on multiple charges to include felonies. Adam Pinkston, age 43 was charged with breaking and entering, theft of property, tampering with physical evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia–two counts and possession of a controlled substance-meth/cocaine. Pinkston remains in the Izard Count Detention Facility in lieu of $35,000 bond and has a May 16 circuit court date.

Dana Roush, age 38 of Calico Rock was arrested Saturday on charges of driving on a suspended license, having no vehicle insurance, and not using a seat belt. After appearing before District Judge David E. Miller, Roush was released from the Izard County Detention Facility and transported to Baxter County to answer further charges. Roush has a scheduled court date of June 16.

A Horseshoe Bend man, Daniel Herrick, age 57 was arrested May 2 on the charge of driving on a suspended license. Herrick posted a $365 bond the day of his arrest, released from the Izard County Detention Facility and given a June 14 Horseshoe Bend court date.

Michael Hanson, age 31 o Batesville was arrested May 8, 2016 on a petition to revoke probation and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility without bond. Hanson has a circuit date of May 19.

Lindsey Michelle Carter, age 22 of Batesville was arrested May 2 on a probation hold and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility without bond.

Kevin Monroe Hutson, age 35 of Cherokee Village was jailed May 1 on a commitment order of 48 days from Izard County District court and remains in jail.

Codi Elizabeth Schales, age 23 o Horseshoe Bend was committedApril 25 to the Izard County DetentionFacility to serve a commitment from drug court for a drug court infraction. Schales was released on April 29.

Samantha Elaine Cooper, age 29 of Calico Rock was arrested April 29 on a felony failure to appear warrant. Cooper remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash bond with a circuit curt date of May 16.

Charles Thomas Woodall, age 59 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested April 29 on a Fulton County warrant and was transported to Salem the day of his arrest.

Michael Lynn Watson, age 64 of Calico Rock was arrested May 1 on the charge of criminal trespass and was released the same day from the Izard County Detention Facility after posting $220 bond and given a May 19 court date.

Crystal Ann Rubio-Montes, age 37 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested May 1 on charges of obstructing governmental operations and public intoxication. Rubio-Montes posted bond the following day in the amount of $840 and appeared in Horseshoe Bend Court May 3.

Another Horseshoe Bend woman, Shelby Lynne Johnson, age 25 was arrested May 2 on a Sharp County warrant and was so transported the same day. The companion arrest of Blake Alan Dixon, age 25 of Horseshoe Bend on similar charges resulted in his transport to Ash Flat.

Lee Mitchell Richardson, age 19 of Sage was arrested May 5 on charges of harassment, endangering the welfare of a minor, and harassing communications. Richardson remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $3,000 cash bond with a scheduled court date of June 16.

Stacy Ann Alberson, age 40 of Horseshoe Bend was jailed May 6 on a probation/parole hold and remains jailed without bond.

Nancy Christine Miller, age 37, address unavailable, was arrested May 3 on a failure to pay fines warrant. Miller appeared in Horseshoe Bend court the day of her arrest and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Joseph Jay Swik, age 21 of Batesville was released May 4 after serving a jail commitment for disorderly conduct, fleeing, terroristic threatening and failure to pay fines.

Eltoris McCoy Sullins, age 54 of Melbourne was arrested May 2 on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Sullins appeared before District Judge David E. Miller on May 5, was released from the Izard County Detention Facility and give a May 16 court date.

Christopher Lane Eiler, age 34 of Melbourne was arrested April 25 on the charge of driving on a suspended license. Eiler appeared before Judge David E. Miller on May 5 at which time he was released from the Izard County Detention Facility and given a May 16 court date.

George Anthony Geddie, age 39 of Pineville was arrested April 28 on charges of harassment, failure to appear, and public intoxication. Geddie appeared in Izard County District court on May 5 where was released and transported to Baxter County to answer charges in that jurisdiction.

Kevin Wayne Manson, age 50 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested May 6 on the charge of driving on a suspended license. Manson posted bond the day of his arrest in the amount of $195 cash, given and June 14 Horseshoe Bend court date, and released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Samantha Jo Branscum, age 28 of Calico Rock was jailed May 6 for an infraction in Izard County Drug Court.

Jacob Payne Everett, age 19 of Batesville was arrested May 7 on charges of speeding, possession of liquor by a minor, and under age driving under the influence. Everett posted bond later the day of his arrested inthe amount of $960, given a June 23 court date, and released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Jema Lea Lisk, age 21 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested Friday night on the charge of shoplifting. Lisk was released the day of her arrest from the Izard County Detention Facility after posting a $500 cash bond and given a July 5 Horseshoe Bend court date.

Bryant Odell Rawlings, age 24 of Violet Hill, who has been an inmate in the Izard County Detention Facility since February 2 and awaiting bed space in the Arkansas Department of Correction was transported May 2 to a regional punishment facility.
