After several days of alluding law enforcement, Benjamin Jacob Hinds, age 33 of Oxford was arrested Friday on the charge of felony failure to appear. The Friday arrest was made following a search for Hinds with the assistance of the North Central Prison Unit dog team. Hinds remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash bond with a circuit court date of June 28. Arresting officers were Lieutenant Charlie Melton, Sgt. Gabe Sanders, and Deputy Cody Cruse.

Sherry Lynn Brown- Anderson, age 50 of Bexar was arrested May 17 on felony charges of theft of property and forgery-second degree. Brown-Anderson remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $10,000 bond with a June 28 circuit court date. Deputy Mark Simino transported Brown-Anderson from the Fulton County Jail.

Brent Allen Dale, age 48 of Sidney was arrested May 17 on charges of driving on a suspended license and failure to appear. Dale appeared in Izard County District Court on Thursday and was released. Deputy/Transport Officer Y. D. Whitehurst was the arresting officer.

Cody Daniel Bennett, age 23 of Melbourne was arrested May 15 on the charge of possessing drug paraphernalia. Bennett made his initial court appearance Thursday and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility with a court date of . Deputies D.J. Tiernan and Evan Jones were the arresting officers.

Dallas Lee Johnson, age 26 of Melbourne was arrested May 15 on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Johnson made his initial court appearance Thursday, was ordered to  perform community service upon his release. Johnson has another court date on June 16. Deputy D.J. Tiernan was the arresting officer.

Jerry Lavon Lewis, age 23 of Batesville was picked up in Independence County authorities May 18 on the Izard County charge of failure to pay fines. Lewis remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of a $4,025 cash bond with a circuit court date of June 16. Deputy D.J. Tiernan transported Lewis from the Izard/Independence County line.

Sharon Vance, age 37 of Black Rock was arrested May 16 on a hold from Lawrence County and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility without bond.

Michael Paul Johnson, age 30 was arrested May 17 on a White County warrant and posted a $500 bond the day of his arrest and issued a White County court date of July 7.Deputy Mark Simino was the arresting officer.

Matthew Dewayne Sutterfield, age 41 of Mountain Home was jailed May 17 on a drug court commitment for violating provisions of that court. Sutterfield was released May 21.

Zachary Kyle Cooper, age 27 of Batesville was arrested May 15 on charges of public intoxication and a holed from Stone County. Cooper appeared before District Judge David E. Miller on May 19 and was released. Deputy Mike Foster was the arresting officer.

Cherie Francine Woodard, age 49 of Brockwell was arresting May 19 on the charge of disorderly conduct. Woodward posted bond the day of her arrest in the amount of $220 cash, released from the Izard County Detention Facility with a June 23 court date. Deputy Evan Jones was the arresting officer.

Laci Dawn Jones, age 24 of Batesville was arrested Saturday on felony criminal contempt, obstructing governmental operation, failure to pay fines, and resisting arrest. Jones remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $5,387 bond and an Independence County hold. Jones has a district court date on June 14 and a circuit court date of June 28. Deputy Evan Jones was the arresting officer.

Charles Anthony Clements, age 32 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested May 20 on and Arkansas Department of Correction hold and remains jailed without bond. Deputy Y.D. Whitehurst was the transport officer.

Stephen Anthony Townsend, age 45 of Oxford was arrested Friday on the charge of obstructing governmental operations but was later released with a June 16 court date. Deputy Mark Simino was the arresting officer.

Nathan Patrick Duke, age 23, address unavailable, was arrested Thursday on a petition to revoke probation and is being held in the Izard County Detention Facility without bond.
