Lorrie Anne Northern, age 51 of Zion Road was arrested May 29 at her residence on the charge of disorderly conduct. Northern’s droning behavior was most evident when deputies arrived. Northern’s state of intoxication was such that the booking process into the Izard County could not be accomplished at the time of her arrest. Northern was released after an appearance before Judge Jim Short. Northern has a court date of June 30.
A Yellville man, thirty six year old Nathan Gordon Lackey was arrested May 30 on an Izard County contempt of court warrant. Lackey was arrested in Marion County where Deputy Mike Foster picked him up and transported him to the Izard County DetentionFacility. Lackey was released June 1 after an initial court appearance. Gordon has a June 16 court date.
Casey Daniel Clouse, age 34 of Hardy was arrested May 31 for violating a judge issued order of protection. Clouse was released the following day and given a court date of June 16. Lieutenant Charles Melton was the arresting officer.
George Frederick Miller, age 50 of Sidney was arrested May 31 on a failure to appear warrant and is being held in the Izard County DetentionFacility in lieu of $1,130 cash bond with a scheduled court date of June 16. Sgt. Mark Simino was the arresting officer.
Johnnie Henry Swafford, age 25 of Searcy was arrested June 3 on a petition to revoke parole/probation. Swafford remains in the Izard County DetentionFacility without bond and has a scheduled circuit court date of June 28. The arrest was made in White County.
A Calico Rock man, Timothy Clary, Jr., age 32 was arrested May 31 on the charge of disorderly conduct and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of a $220 bond and has a July 7 curt date. Deputy Evan Jones was the arresting officer.
Richard Kyle Cohn, age 28 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested May 27 on a probation/parole hold and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility without bond. Probation Officer Josh Morehead and Deputy Doyle Cross were the arresting officers. A court date has not been established.
Kagni Lain Gillihan, age 30 of Melbourne was arrested June on the charge of false imprisonment second degree. The charges stem from Gillihan being accused of locking up her significant other’s grandmother in a bedroom for what appears to be the grandmother’s failure to comply with directions. Gillihan was released the day of her arrest and given a June 16 court date.
James Lawrence Frey, age 24 of Brockwell was arrested June 1 on a failure to pay fines. Frey was released the day of his arrest and given a June 16 court date. Deputy Jayden Whitfield was the arresting officer.
Malissa Lynn Ferrari, age 38 of Hardy was arrested June 1 on failure to appear charges. Ferrari was released from the Izard County Detention Facility after posting a $100 bond and has a court date of June 16. Sgt. Mark Simino was the arresting officer.
Jake Daniel McKinzie, age 32 of Calico Rock was arrested June 1 on the charge of possession of an instrument of crime. McKinzie posted bond the following day in the amount of $1,120, released from the Izard County DetentionFacility with a July 21 court date. Trooper Rodney Villiger was the arresting officer.
Ross Evan Solimine, age 28 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested June 2 on charges of domestic battery and interference with emergency communication. Solimine was released the day of his arrest after being given a court date of July 5. Deputy R. C. Lenex was re arresting officer.
Robert Langford, age 35 of Melbourne was arrested June 3 on a court ordered commitment and a hold by the Jonesboro Police Department. Langford is being held without bond.
