Kevin Darnel Higdon, age 53 of Oxford was arrested the night of September 4 on drug charges following a traffic stop on highway 9 near Oxford. Two small plastic baggies were located under a speaker box behind the seat of the vehicle. Inside the baggies was a crystal like substance that tested positive as methamphetamine. Higdon was charged with possession of meth for the purpose to deliver. Higdon posted bond September 8 with a scheduled circuit court date of September 19.
Following an incident involving a gun, William Joseph Carter, age 23 of Melbourne was arrested at his residence and placed on a probation hold and remains in jail without bond. There had been ongoing arguments between Carter and his girlfriend.
Ronald Jay Cagle, Jr., age 38 of Hot Springs was arrested September 5 on a felony failure to appear warrant and remains in the Izard Detention Facility without bond. Cagle has a circuit court date of September 19.
Jesse Brock, age 35 of Calico Rock was arrested September 6 on a failure to pay fines warrant and was released for medical reasons and given a court date of September 8 but failed to appear. A failure to appear warrant was issued but the arrest has not been made.
Blake Aaron Worsham,age 21 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested September 9 on the charge of driving on a suspended license. Worsham appeared before Judge David Miller on September 11 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility. Worsham has a Horseshoe Bend court date of October 4.
Jaye Frank Guy, age 49 of Calico Rock was arrested September 3 on the charge of domestic battering third degree. Guy posted bond the following day in the amount of $250, released from the Izard County Detention Facility and given anOctober 6 court date.
A Calico Rock woman, Tasha Lee Bowman, age 30 who gave her address as the RV park was arrested September 3 on a felony failure to appear warrant and was further charged with driving without a license, no proof of insurance and having fictitious vehicle plates. Bowman is being held without bond.
Dakota Spencer Lowe, age 22 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested Saturday night on charges of driving while intoxicated, careless driving, having no vehicle registration. Lowe posted bond Sunday in the amount of $1,235 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility with a November 11 Horseshoe Bend court date.
Mandy Jo McDaniel, age37 of Mountain View was arrested September 10 on charges of careless driving and hindering apprehension. McDaniel was released the day of her arrest after posting a $790 bond and was given an October 20 court date.
Robert Michael Morrow, age 38 of Ash Flat was arrested September 9 on the charge of terroristic threatening second degree. Morrow posted bond the day of his arrest in the amount of $1,000, released and given a Horseshoe Bend court date of October 4.
Jennifer Kroll, age 65 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested September 8 on the charge of domestic battery third degree. Kroll is accused of physical abuse of her mother. Kroll was released September 11 after appearing before Judge David E. Miller
Scott Pennington, age 40 of Calico Rock was arrested September 3 on the charge of driving on a suspended license. Pennington posted bond the day of his arrest in the amount of $365, given a November 11 court date and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.
Robert Orion Hendricks, age 22 of Pineville was charged September 7 on the charge of criminal mischief relating to a fire at the homeless shelter in Pineville. Hendricks remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $1,120 bond and has a court date. He had his initial court appearance on September 8.
Robin Rene Keller, age 43 and Donald Michael Keller, both of Salem were arrested September 7 for violation of a protection order and were placed on a probation hold without bond and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility with an October 20 court date.
Clifford D. Teegarden,age 47 of Harrison was arrested September 8 on the charge of public intoxication after it was reported that a man was lying in the road ditch near Pineville. Teegarden was released September 11 after appearing before Judge David Miller remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $220 bond and has a court date of October 20.
