FAKE FINGER NAILS

In another warranted arrest, Tara Denise Hamilton (AKA Tara Woody), age 26 of Melbourne was charged with theft of property. It is alleged that Hamilton was observed carrying fake finger nails and glue in their original package while shopping at Dollar General in Calico and when she approached the front of the store, an employee asked Hamilton if she had decided not to buy the nails and glue to which she gave a positive reply at which time she proceeded to the restroom and when she exited, the package for the finger nails and glue were located. Hamilton remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of a $1,000 cash bond and has a December 15 court date. Sgt. Mark Simino was the arresting officer.

Amy Marie Smith, age 36 of Oxford was arrested December 8 on charges of criminal trespass and failure to pay fines. Smith remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $500 cash bond and has a court date of December 15. Cpl. Richard Williams was the arresting officer.

As the result of an altercation between Laura Chantelle Garmeaux, age 29 of Oxford was arrested December 5 on charges of domestic battering third degree and disorderly conduct. Germeaux was released December 7 with a court date after appearing before District Judge David E. Miller.

Roger Wayne Langford, age 63 was arrested December 6 on possession of drug paraphernalia after a search warrant was executed in his Melbourne residence. Due to medical issues, Langford was released from the Izard County Detention Facility the following day and issued a January 5 court date. Deputy Cody Cruse was the arresting officer.

Mary Messer, age 31 of Violet Hill was arrested December 5 on a failure to appear warrant. Messer was released two days later after appearing before Izard County District Judge David E. Miller. Messer was issued a December 13 Horseshoe Bend court date. Deputy Jaden Whitfield was the arresting officer.

Alexander Daniel Roulette, age 21 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested December 9 on charges of driving on a suspended license, having no insurance and operating a vehicle without plates. Roulette posted bond the following day in the amount of $755 and given a Horseshoe Bend court date of January 3. Deputy Toby Smith was the arresting officer.

Carol Deborah Sanders, age 55 of Melbourne was arrested December 10 on the charge of hindering apprehension. Sanders posted bond the day of her arrest in the amount of $620, released from the Izard County Detention Facility and given a January 19 court date. Cpl. Richard Williams was the arresting officer.

Two individuals were arrested for failure to pay fines; John David Humes age 58 of Oxford on December 8 and David Fish, age 27 of Salesville on December 7. Both remain in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of cash bond and both have a court date of December 15.

 

Natasha Clark, age 44 of Mammoth Spring was arrested December 9 involving her stealing checks and signing the account holders name on them. Clark allegedly stole these checks from a relative. The three counts of forgery second degree are felonies Clark posted a $5,000 the day of her arrest and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility and given February 1 circuit court date.

Stacy Ann Alberson, age 41 of Horseshoe Bend was transported December 7 to the Arkansas Department of Correction.
