MORE DRUG ARREST IN IZARD COUNTY

On February 19, 2017 Deputy Dennis Tiernan made a traffic stop at the Conoco station in Calico Rock. Frankie Lee Cox age 22 was arrested for no driver’s license. Deputy Tiernan inventoried the vehicle and found contraband in vehicle. Cox was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine a class D felony, Possession of Marijuana a class A misdemeanor Possession with the purpose to use drug paraphernalia to ingest methamphetamine a class D felony and possession with the purpose to use drug paraphernalia to prepare, test, analyze, pack, repack, store, contain, or conceal methamphetamine a class B felony. Cox is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center on a $25,000 bond. Cox also has hold from Arkansas Probation and Parole.

On February 23, Nathaniel Speak age 33 was arrest at a residence on State Hwy 5 in Calico Rock.  Nathaniel Speak was charged with Count 1, Absconding.  Count 2.Possession with the purpose to deliver methamphetamine, a class C felony.  Count 3 Possession with the purpose to deliver oxycodone. a class C  felony, Count 4.Possession with the purpose to deliver clonazepam a class D felony, Count 5.Possession with the purpose to deliver marijuana a class D felony, Count 6. Manufacture of a controlled substance,(marijuana) a class A misdemeanor, Count 7. possession with the purpose to use drug paraphernalia to prepare, test, analyze, pack, repack, store, contain, or conceal methamphetamine a class B felony. Count 8, possession with the purpose to use drug paraphernalia to plant, propagate,, cultivate, grow, harvest, manufacture, compound, convert, produce, process, prepare, test, analyze, pack, repack, store, contain, or conceal a controlled substance not methamphetamine/cocaine a class D felony and  Count 9.Felon in possession of a firearm. Nathaniel Speak is being held in the Izard County Detention Center with no bond.

On February 23, Nicholas Speak age 38 was arrested at a residence on State Hwy 5 in Calico Rock. Nicholas Speak was charged with count 1.  Possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver Methamphetamine,a class C felony. Count 2.Possession of controlled substance with the purpose to deliver oxycodone a class C felony.  Count 3. Possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver Clonazepam a class D felony count 4.Possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver marijuana a class D felony. Count 5 Manufacture of a controlled substance, Marijuana a class A misdemeanor. Count 6, Possession with the purpose to use drug paraphernalia with the purpose to process, prepare, test, analyze, pack, repack, store, contain, or conceal methamphetamine a class B felony count 7, use or possession with the purpose to use paraphernalia with the purpose to plant, propagate, cultivate, grow, harvest, manufacture, compound, convert, produce, process, prepare, test, analyze, pack, repack, store contain, or conceal any controlled substance not methamphetamine/cocaine a class D felony. Count 8,Felon in possession of a firearm, a class D felony and also a bench warrant.  Nicholas Speak is being held in the Izard County Detention Center with no bond.

On February 23, Ezra Beasley age 38 was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended or revoked license. Beasley was placed in the Izard County Detention Center. Beasley posted bond in the amount of $365 and given an April 4, court date.

On February 23 Phil Cargal age 38 was arrested for driving while license suspended or revoked. Cargal was transported to the Izard County Detention Center. Cargal posted bond in the amount of $365 and given a March 23, court date in Melbourne District Court

On February 23 Joseph Lee age 33 was arrested and charged with driving on suspended or revoked license. Joseph Lee was transported to the Izard County Detention Center and given a March 23 court date in Melbourne District Court.
