MAN ARRESTED FOR BURGLARY

According to Chief Deputy Earnie Blackley on December 17, Deputy DJ Tiernan was dispatched to Watsons Station in Pineville for a breaking and entering. While Deputy Tiernan was on the way, Sgt. Davidson was sent to a traffic accident on Hwy 177. Upon arrival by Deputy Tiernan it was determined that the station was broken into and several cartons of cigarettes were taken. Upon arrival to the accident, Sgt. Davidson found that the vehicle in the accident had several cartons of cigarettes in it. After investigation of burglary and accident, Mitchell C. Pool ag 25 of Dolph was arrested and charged with Commercial Burglary a Class C felony and theft of property a class A misdemeanor. Pool was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on January 16.

 

On December 18, Roger Lee Johnson age 48 of Melbourne was arrested by Deputy Geoffrey Watts for public Intox. Johnson was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on January 4.

 

On December 18, Lucenda Sue Wood age 44 of Marcella was arrested by Deputy Mike Foster for no liability insurance and driving while license suspended. Wood was incarcerated and given a OR bond. Wood is scheduled to appear in Izard County District court on January 2.

 

On December 21, Steven William Chute age 28 of Calico Rock was arrested by Deputy Rusty Ford for failure to appear, possession of a controlled substance a class A misdemeanor and possession of controlled substance a felony. Chute was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center on a $5000 bond. Chute is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on January 16.

 

On December 21, Charles Branch age 32 was arrested by Deputy Toby Smith for driving on revoked license and no vehicle license. Branch was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $580 bond. Branch is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on January 18.

 

On December 21, Tara Machelle Foster age 42 was arrested by Deputy DJ Tiernan for domestic battery 3rd degree. Foster was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and given a OR bond. Foster is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on January 18.

 

On December 21 Michael Lane Myers age 42 of Melbourne was arrested by Deputy DJ Tiernan for domestic battery 3rd degree. Myers was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and given a OR bond. Myers is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on January 18.

 

On December 21, Billy Joe Brumley age 48 of Oxford was arrested by Deputy Mike Smith for driving on suspended no tail lights and failure to stop. Brumley was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $680 bond. Brumley is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on February 6.

 

On December 19, Jared Darren Ray age 35 of Prairie Grove was arrested by Deputy DJ Tiernan for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ray is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $2240 bond. Ray is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on January 18.

 

On December 23, Joshua Shane Woodall age 43 of Bull Shoals was arrested by Deputy Jaden Whitfield for a warrant out of Sharp County Woodall was transported to the Izard County Detention Center awaiting bond.
