Domestic battery on the rise

According to Chief Deputy Earnie Blackley, Clayton Troy McNealy age 21 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested by Deputy Mike Foster for domestic battering. McNealy is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of $1120 bond. McNealy is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court in Horseshoe Bend on February 6.

 

On January 8, Kayla Maxine Pool age 31 of Calico Rock was arrested by Deputy Richard Crowe for disorderly conduct and endangering the welfare of a minor. Pool is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $840 bond. Pool is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on February 8.

 

On January 4 Jackie G Coggins Jr age 34 was arrested by Deputy Mike Smith for domestic battering. Coggins was Incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and given a OR bond. Coggins is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on January 18.

 

On January 4, Tyler James Edwards age 22 of Oxford was arrested by Sgt. Simino for domestic battering. Edwards was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $1000 bond. Edwards is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on January 18.

 

On January 3, Michael Lee Stevens age 25 of Melbourne was arrested by Deputy Jaden Whitfield for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Stevens is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $2390 bond. Stevens is scheduled to appear in Melbourne District Court on January 18.

 

On January 2, Lucus Shane Johnson age 46 of Melbourne w arrested by Deputy Jaden Whitfield for terroristic threatening 1st degree. Criminal trespass and two counts of possession of firearms by certain persons. Johnson is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $5000 bond. Johnson is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on January 16.
