According to Chief Deputy Earnie Blackley, Jerry Patrick Walsh age 28 of Oxford was arrested by Deputy DJ Tiernan for failure to pay fines. Walsh is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention in lieu of a $3510 bond. Walsh is scheduled to appear in Izard County District court on February 8.

 

On January According to Chief Deputy Earnie Blackley, Jerry Patrick Walsh age 28 of 10, Kenneth von Stevenson age 53 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested by Deputy Mike Foster for domestic battering 3rd degree and disorderly conduct. Stevenson is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center with no bond at this time. Stevenson is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court in Horseshoe bend on February 6.

 

On January 8, Rachel Lynn Nelson Age 37 of Melbourne was arrested by Deputy DJ Tiernan for failure to appear. Nelson is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $540 bond. Nelson is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on February 8.

 

On January 9, Raymond Lewis Neeley age 56 of Melbourne was arrested by Deputy Evan Jones for endangering welfare of minor 2nd degree, and 1st degree assault of family or household member. Neeley was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $1000 bond. Neeley is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on February 8.

 

On January 9, Clayton Troy Mcnealy age 21 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested by Deputy Mike Foster for domestic battering 3rd degree. Mcneally was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $1120 bond. Mcneally is scheduled to appear In Izard County District Court on February 6.

 

On January 9, Christopher Gene Marshall age 58 of Cherokee Village was arrested by Sgt. Simino for failure to appear. Marshall is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $1490 bond. Marshall is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on February 8.

 

On January 9, Lawson Wade Herron age 48 of Franklin was arrested by Deputy Evan Jones for failure to appear. Herron is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center with no bond. Herron Is scheduled to appear in Izard County Detention Center on January 18.

 

On January 9, Larry Hagan age 38 of Dolph was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for theft of property by deception. Hagan was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $200 bond. Hagan is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on February 22.

 

On January 10, David James Foree age 32 of Batesville was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for failure to appear. Foree is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $1050 bond. Foree is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on January 18.

 

On January 14, Leif Scott Cantrell age 35 of Calico Rock was arrested by Sgt. Mark Simino for failure to pay fines. Cantrell was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and was given a OR bond. Cantrell is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on March 22.

 

On January 13 Zachary James Lee Parrish age 18 of Salem was arrested by Deputy Richard Crowe for DWI drugs, driving while license suspended and driving left to center. Parrish Was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $1355 bond. Parrish is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on February 8.

 

On January 13, Jamie Nicole Woodcock age 30 of Calico Rock was arrested by Deputy Geoffrey watts for failure to appear. Woodcock is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center with no bond. Woodcock is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on January 16.

 

On January 11, Michael Eugene Williams age 54 of Melbourne was arrested by Deputy Geoffrey Watts for failure to pay fines. Williams is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $890 bond. Williams is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on January 8.

 

On January 13, Robert Gene Ferrari age 28 of Franklin was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for failure to appear. Ferrari is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center with no bond. Ferrari is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on January 16.

 

On January 13 Tiffany Nichole Benefield age 39 of Judsonia was arrested by Deputy DJ Tiernan for a hot check warrant and contempt of court. Benefield was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $1500 bond. Benefield is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on February 8.
