On April 1, Gregory Allen Jones age 39 of Melbourne was arrested by Deputy Richard Crowe for Contempt of Court. Jones is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a$270 bond. Jones is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on May 6.

 

On April 1, Rebecca Diane Wray age 32 of Oxford Was arrested by Deputy Geoffrey Watts for failure to appear. Wray is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center with no bond. Wray is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on April 25.

 

On March 31, Richard Thomas Brown age 59 of Melbourne was arrested by Sgt. Gabe Sanders for terroristic threatening 1st degree, criminal trespass, careless driving, no drivers license and possession of marijuana. Brown is incarcerated in the izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $2325 bond. Brown is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on April 26.

 

On April 31, Ben G. Fitzsimmons age 26 of Calico Rock was arrested by Deputy DJ Tiernan for failure to pay fines. Fitzsimmons is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $1755 bond. Fitzsimmons is scheduled to appear on April 17.

 

On March 31, Catlin Taylor Haynes age 21 of Calico Rock was arrested by Deputy DJ Tiernan for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Haynes is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $1560 bond. Haynes is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on April 26.

 

On March 31, Spencer Cole Love age 19 of Salem was arrested by Deputy Evan Jones for DUI and careless driving. Love was incarcerated and bonded on a $640 bond. Love is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on April 26.

 

On March 31, Terry Lynn Sweeney age 35 of Melbourne was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for DWI. Sweeney was incarcerated and bonded on a $820 bond. Sweeney is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on May 10.

 

On March 28, Kristy Renee Goodson of Calico Rock was arrested by Deputy DJ Tiernan for driving on suspended. Goodson was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and given a OR Bond. Goodson is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on March 28.

 

On March 27, Terry Don Edwards age 31 of Melbourne was arrested by Sgt. Mark Simino for violation of hot check law. Edwards was incarcerated and bonded on a $399.61 bond. Edwards is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on April 12.

 

On March 29. Billy Dale Eaton age 61 of Brockwell was arrested by Deputy Evan Jones for possession of a controlled substance and failure to maintain control. Eaton was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $1445 bond. Eaton is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on April 26.
