DEPUTIES CONTINUE TO STAY BUSY

According to Chief Deputy Earnie Blackley on July 8, Angie Ray Odell age 26 of Wideman was arrested by Deputy Rusty Ford for driving while license suspended and fictitious tags. Odell was incarcerated and bonded on a $710 bond. Odell is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on August 9.

On August 7, Randi Nichole Tucker age 35 of Lepanto was arrested by Deputy DJ Tiernan for failure to appear. Tucker is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $1630 bond. Tucker is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on August 9. 

On July 7, Christopher Thomas Thornton age 40 of Calico Rock was arrested by Deputy Rusty Ford for resisting arrest and three counts of disorderly conduct. Thornton was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $1780 bond. Thornton is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on July 12.

On July 6, Christopher Paul Spratt age 46 of Melbourne was arrested by Deputy DJ Tiernan for public intoxication, violation of protection order, domestic battering 3rd degree.. Spratt was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $3460 bond. Spratt is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on August 9.

On July 6, Chance Lee Mccurley age 28 of Mtn. Home was arrested by Deputy Mark Simino for absconding. Mccurley is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center with no bond.

On July 5, Danny Aubrey Sturgis age 62 of Pineville was arrested by Sgt. Mark Simino for failure to appear. Sturgis is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center with no bond. Sturgis is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on July 31.

On July 5, Jeremy Jerrod Eubanks age 29 was arrested by Deputy Geoffrey Watts for two counts of theft of property and cruelty to animals. Eubanks is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $10,500 bond. Eubanks is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on July 31.

On July 6, Mathew Jay Cox of Melbourne was arrested by Deputy Rusty Ford for possession of a controlled substance. Cox bonded on a $1270 bond. Cox is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on July 26.
