On August 2, Ben G. Fitzsimmons age 26 of Cave City was arrested for failure to appear. Fitzsimmons was incarcerated and given an OR bond. Fitzsimmons is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on August 9.

On August 3, Jennifer Estalle Steward age 36 of Horseshoe was arrested by Deputy Mike Smith for domestic battery 3rd degree and disorderly Conduct. Steward is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center with no bond. Steward is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on August 7.

On August 3, Kelly Nicole Moore age 31 of Flippin was arrested by Deputy Evan Jones for possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication and failure to appear. Moore was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $1630 bond. Moore is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on August 9.

On August 2, Mary Helen Messer age 33 of Salem was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for failure to appear. Messer is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center with no bond. Messer is scheduled to appear in Horseshoe Bend District Court on August 7.

On August 2, Dawson Ray Clark age 19 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested by Lt. Charlie Melton for terroristic threatening 1st degree, forgery 1st degree and possession of drug paraphernalia. Clark was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $1,000 cash bond

On August 1, Dakota Spencer Lowe age 24 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested by Deputy Sean Tomlinson for no Insurance and failure to pay registration fee. Lowe is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention center waiting to see the judge. Lowe is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on September 4.

On September 1, Scottie Wayne Chinn age 44 of Batesville was arrested by Deputy DJ Tiernan for driving on license suspended and no liability ins. Chinn is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $610 bond. Chinn is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on August 9.

On August 31, Thomas Brice Wheeler age 51 of Mountain Home was arrested by Deputy Rusty Ford, for possession of a controlled substance. Wheeler was incarcerated and bonded on a $5000 bond. Wheeler is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on November 13.

On July 31, Heather Danyelle Cole age 43 of Oxford was arrested by Deputy Steve Davidson for disorderly conduct, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor. Cole was incarcerated and bonded on a $500 bond. Cole is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on August 23.

On July 30, Jennifer Denise Raub was arrested by Deputy Shaun Tomlinson for domestic battery. Raub is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $2120 bond. Raub is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on August 9.

On July 31, Jeremy Jerrod Eubanks age 29 was arrested by Deputy Geoffrey Watts for cruelty to animals and two counts of theft of property. Eubanks was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and given an OR bond. Eubanks is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on September 6.
