On September 16, Theresa Kay Weeks age 52 of Paragould was arrested and charged with failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to appear. Weeks is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $440 bond. Weeks is scheduled to appear in Izard County district Court on September 20.

 

On September 12, James Owen Statler of Calico Rock was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for driving while intoxicated 3rd offence, fleeing in vehicle and driving while suspended. Statler is incarcerated and bonded on a $30,000 bond. Statler is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on January 23.

 

On September 16, Cody Justin Casey age 30 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested by Deputy Mike Smith for violation of a no contact order, harassing communications and terroristic threatening 2nd degree. Casey was incarcerated and given an OR bond. Casey is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on October 9.

 

On September 14, Gregory Cook age 29 of Mammoth Springs was arrested by Deputy Toby Smith for possession of a controlled substance, meth, theft by receiving, possession of a defaced firearm and possession of drug paraphernalia. Cook is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $40,000 bond. Cook is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on October 9.

 

On September 14, Kevin Barnes age 28 of Koshkonog, Missouri was arrested by Deputy Toby Smith for possession of a controlled substance, meth, theft by receiving, possession of a defaced firearm and possession of drug paraphernalia. Barnes in incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $40,000 bond. Barnes is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on October 9.

 

On September 14, Blake Giller age 28 of Salem was arrested by Deputy Toby Smith for possession of drug paraphernalia, theft by receiving and possession of a defaced firearm. Giller is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in Lieu of a $40,000 bond. Giller is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on October 9.

 

On September 13, Christopher Dennis Stone age 41 of Salem was arrested by Deputy Mark Simino for failure to appear and failure to pay fines. Stone is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $1840 bond. Stone is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on October 9.

 

On September 11, Donald James Jones age 42 of Franklin was arrested by Deputy Watts for criminal trespass. Jones was given an OR bond and is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on October 25.

 

On September 11, Patrick Hutchins age 21 of Melbourne was arrested by Sgt. Sanders for harassing communications and harassment. Hutchins was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and given an OR bond. Hutchins is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on December 13.

 

On September 10, Quenton Dakota Harvey age 20 of Melbourne was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for possession of a controlled substance. Harvey bonded on a $1270 bond and is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on October 11.

 

On September 16, Taira Jean Weeks age 45 of Paragould was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for Violation of Hot Check law. Week is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $620 bond. Weeks is scheduled to appear in Izard County district Court on September 20.
