On September 21, Phillip Wade Reeves age 50 of Melbourne was arrested by Deputy DJ Tiernan for four counts of Failure to Comply with Registration Requirements. Reeves was incarcerated in the Izard county Detention Center and bonded on a $10,000 bond. Reeves is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on January 23.

 

On September 21 Andrew Lloyd Hoskins age 33 of Melbourne was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for four counts of Failure to comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements. Hoskins is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in Lieu of a $10,000 bond. Hoskins is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on October 9.

 

On September 20 Marty Nicholas Sellers age 28 of Guion was arrested by Deputy Evan Jones for Criminal Mischief 1st Degree and Theft of Services. Sellers was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $350 cash bond. Sellers is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on October 11.

On September 20 John Andrew Rutherford of Harriett AR. was arrested by Sgt. Mark Simino for driving on suspended, No insurance, and no seat belt. Rutherford was incarcerated and is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on October 11.

 

On September 23 Daniel Francis McKelvey age 31 of Boswell was arrested by Deputy Richard Crowe for DWI. McKelvey was incarcerated and given an OR bond. McKelvey is scheduled appear in Izard County District Court on October 25.

 

 On September 24 Cody Justin Casey age 30 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, No Insurance, and No Vehicle License Casey is scheduled appear in Horseshoe Bend District Court on October. 9.

 

On September 27 Arthur Brett Tunnicliff age 33 of Calico Rock was arrested by Deputy Geoffrey Watts for two counts of Failure to Appear. Tunnicliff is incarcerated in lieu of $3025 cash bond. Tunicliff is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on October 11.

 

On September Larry Laird age 60 of Violet Hill was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for Failure to Appear and Possession of a Firearm by Certain Person. Laird is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in Lieu of a $5000 bond. Laird is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on October 9.

 

On September Dylan Wade Sanders age 26 of Dolph was charged with battery 3rd degree. Sanders was incarcerated and bonded on a $1000 bond. Sanders is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on December 13.

 

On September 28 Melinda Stephens age 44 was arrested by Deputy Evan Jones for DWI. Stephens was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and given OR bond. Stephens is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on October 25.
