According to Sheriff Earnie Blackley on January 26, Joshua Daniel Jones age 37 of Melbourne was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for Failure to Pay Fines out of District Court. Jones is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $5435 bond. Jones is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on February 7.

On January 27, Dawn Renee Heard age 34 of Oxford, was arrested by Deputy R.C. Lenex for Battery 3rd Degree. Heard is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center. Heard is scheduled to appear in Horseshoe Bend District Court on February 5.

On January 28, Daniel Wayne Dwight age 29, of Calico Rock was arrested for Criminal Mischief 1st degree, Harassment, Criminal Trespass, and Felony Failure to Appear. Dwight is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention center with NO Bond. Dwight is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on February 7, and Izard County Circuit Court on February 11.

On January 29, Danny Aubrey Sturgis age 63 was arrested by Deputy Evan Jones for Felony Failure to Appear. Sturgis is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center with No Bond. Sturgis is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on February 13.

On January 30, Kevin Hutson age 38 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested by Deputy D.J. Tiernan for Theft of Property. Hutson is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a     $1000 bond. Hutson is scheduled to appear in Horseshoe Bend District Court on March 5.

On January 30, Nicholas Adam Staggs age 32 of Melbourne was arrested for Fictitious Tags, Driving on Suspended License, and No Vehicle Registration. Staggs was incarcerated in the Izard County detention Center and bonded on a $830 bond. Staggs is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on February 21.

On February 1, Steven Meek age 61 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested for Public Intoxication. Meek is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $220 bond. Meek is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on February 21.

On February 2, Casey Wayne Luedemann age 31 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested for Battery 3rd Degree. Luedemann was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and given an OR bond. Luedemann is scheduled to appear in Horseshoe Bend District Court on March 5.

Henson was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $1570 bond. Henson is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on March 7.
