According to Sheriff Earnie Blackley on January 27, Dawn Renee Heard age 34 of Oxford was arrested for Battery 3rd Degree. Heard was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and was given an OR bond. Heard is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on March 21.

 

On February 3, Devon Thomas Haynes age 20 of Calico Rock was arrested for Fraudulent Practice with a Controlled Substance. Haynes was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $5000 bond. Haynes is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on February 13.

 

On February 4, Blake Alan Dixon age 28 was arrested by Deputy Toby Smith for Driving on a Suspended License. Dixon was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $365 bond. Dixon is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on March 7.

 

On February 4, Billy Dale Eaton age 62 was arrested by Deputy Richard Crowe for a Probation Revocation. Eaton is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center with No Bond. Eaton is Scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on February 13.

 

On February 5, Matthew Walter Dollar age 38 of Concord was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Dollar is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $5000 bond. Dollar is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on February 19.

 

On February 5, Lucas Shane Johnson age 48 of Melbourne was arrested by Sgt. Mark Simino for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Public Intoxication, and Criminal Trespass. Johnson is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center. Johnson is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on March 7.

 

On February 6, Luetta Ann Benedict age 30 of Salem was arrested for Theft of Services. Benedict was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $500 bond. Benedict was scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on February 7.

 

On February 6, Andy James Sanders age 53 of Norfork was arrested for Public intoxication, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and No Tail Lights. Sanders was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $1470 bond. Sanders is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on March 7.

 

On February 6, Miles Newton age 40 of Calico Rock was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Defective Lights, and No Seatbelt. Newton was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and was given an OR bond. Newton is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on March 21.

 

On February 6, Gena Edmonston age 41 of Pineville was arrested for possession of a Controlled Substance, Furnishing Prohibited Articles, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia used to Manufacture Meth. Edmonston was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $25,000 bond. Edmonston is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on February 19.

 

On February 7, Wesley Grant Bray age 28 of Pineville was arrested for Failure to Appear out of Circuit Court and Failure to Appear out of District Court. Bray is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center with No Bond. Bray is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on February 13, and Izard County District Court on February 21.

 

On February 7, Randall Scott Lipford age 55 of Oxford was arrested for Absconding. Lipford is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center with No Bond.

 

On February 8, Travis Lee Cagle age 39 of Calico Rock was arrested for Maintaining a Drug Premises, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Trafficking a Controlled Substance and Habitual Offender. Cagle is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $100,000 bond. Cagle is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on February 13.

 

On February 10, Shani Lee Hooper age 37 of Mount Pleasant was arrested for Drinking in Public. Hooper was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on $220 bond. Hooper is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on March 7.

 

On February 10, Heather King age 40 of Melbourne was arrested for Driving While intoxicated, Resisting Arrest, and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. King is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center with No Bond. King is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on March 7.

 

On February 10, Jimmy Thomas Ray age 58 of Cave City was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, and Reckless Driving. Ray is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $1165 bond. Ray is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on March 7.
