According to Sheriff Earnie Blackley, On July 13, Tommy Franks age 59, of Floral was arrested by Deputy Sean Tomlinson for possession of Drug Paraphernalia and FTA. Franks is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center without bond. Franks is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit and Court August 13.

 

 On July 14, Edwin Teegarden age 47, of Dolph was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for possession of controlled substance methamphetamine, Possession Drug Paraphernalia Methamphetamine and possession Drug Paraphernalia, possession of Controlled substance Marijuana. Teegarden is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center without bond. Teegarden is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court August 13.

 

 On July 14, Travis Owens age 42, of Dolph was arrested by Deputy Sean Tomlinson for Possession of Controlled substance methamphetamine and possession of Controlled substance, possession of Drug paraphernalia Methamphetamine and Furnishing prohibited Articles, possession of Drug Paraphilia.   Owens is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of $20,000.00 bond. Owens is scheduled to appear in the Izard County Circuit Court August 13.

 

 On July 15, Joshua Dockins age 33, of Oxford was arrested by Sgt. Mark Simino for absconding warrant on probation and parole and was transported to Izard County Detention Center. Dockins is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center without bond.

 

   On July 15, Matt Lowry age27, of Batesville was arrested by Deputy Tyler Webb for DWI, No insurance, Driving left of center. Lowery was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center. Lowery posted a bond of $500.00. Lowry is scheduled to appeared in Izard County District Court July 25.

 

  On July 15, Eric Stewart age 30, of Calico Rock was arrested by Deputy Toby Smith for Driving on suspended license, no insurance, Operation of vehicle without license plates. Stewart was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center an posted a $805.00 bond. Stewart is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court August 22.

  On July 16, Alexis Hickman age 28, of Melbourne was arrested by Reserve Deputy Betty Vest for Domestic Battery. Hickman was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and posted a cash bond of $ 1000.00. Hickman is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court July 25.

Scott was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center. Scott was issued an OR bond. Scott is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court August 22.

 

 On July 20, Bradley Scott age 56, of Mount Pleasant was arrested by Deputy Toby Smith for Driving on a suspended license. Scott was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and posted a bond of $365.00. Scott is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court August 20.
