According to Sheriff Earnie Blackley, On August 5, Travis Allen McFarland, age 25 of Mountain Home, was arrested by Sgt. Mike Smith for failure to appear. McFarland’s bond was set at $810 and given a court date of August 8 in the Izard County District Court. McFarland also has a hold from the Arkansas Community Corrections.

On August 6, Amber Nicole Norman, age 30 of Calico Rock, was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for probation absconding and violations from the Arkansas Community Corrections. Norman is being held with no bond.

On August 7, Roger Willis Brabon, age 56 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested by Lt. Gabriel Sanders for failure to comply with sex offender registry. Brabon’s bond was set at $15,000 and given a court date of August 13 in the Izard County Circuit Court.

On August 7, Vonia Lashae Estes, age 55 of Calico Rock, was arrested by Deputy Toby Smith for battery 3rd degree, Estes appeared in Izard County District Court on August 8 and was released with an OR bond.

On August 8, Mary Lyn Armstrong, age 26, of Batesville was arrested by Deputy Nick Taylor on a warrant for violation of the Arkansas hot check law. Armstrong’s bond was set at $375 and given a court date of August 22 in the Izard County District Court.

On August 8, Rhonda Carolyn Andrews, age 35 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested by Deputy Nick Taylor for driving on a suspended driver’s license. Andrews’ bond was set at $365 and given a court date of September 3 in the Izard County District Court.

On August 8, Rebecha Lea Rush, age 45 of Calico Rock, was arrested by Jail Administrator Sherry Davidson on a contempt of court charge. Rush is being held with no bond and given a court date of August 13 in the Izard County Circuit Court.

On August 8, Austin Christopher Himschoot, age 22 of Ash Flat, was arrested by Sgt. Mike Smith for domestic battery 3rd degree, criminal mischief, and drinking in public. Himschoot’s bond was set at $1000 and he was given a court date of August 22 in the Izard County District Court.

On August 9, Tara Denise Hamilton, age 29 of Melbourne, was arrested by Jail Administrator Sherry Davidson for a failure to pay fines warrant. Hamilton’s bond was set at $840 and given a court date of September 3 in the Izard County District Court.

On August 9, Maegan Marie Cantrell, age 28 of Marshall, was arrested by Trooper Jason Hooks for DWI, endangering the welfare of a minor, failure to stop or yield, no driver’s license, and fictious license plate. Cantrell’s bond was set at $2150 and given a court date of August 22 in the Izard County District Court.

On August 10, Raymond Lewis Neeley, age 57 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested by Deputy Bent Engles for public intoxication. Neeley’s bond was set at $220 and a court date of September 3 in the Izard County District Court.   

On August 11, Richard Allen Valenzuela, age 57 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested by Deputy Nick Taylor for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Valenzuela was given an OR bond and a court date of September 3 in the Izard County District Court.
