Izard County Sheriff's Report September 16, 2019

According to Sheriff Earnie Blackley, on September 12, 2019, Kenneth Douglas Smith, age 46 of Sage, and Amy Lee Smith, age 37 of Sage, was arrested after Deputies with the Izard County Sheriff’s Department, agents with the 16th District Drug Task Force, and officers with the Arkansas State Police executed a search warrant at their residence in Sage. During the execution of the warrant officers located several marijuana plants growing inside the residence along with marijuana being processed. Kenneth was given a bond of $30,000 and Amy was given a bond of $20,000 and a court date of October 23 for both in the Izard County Circuit Court with formal charges pending.

On September 9, Jacob Kyle Daughtry, age 29 of Melbourne, was arrested by Deputy Sean Tomlinson for no seat belt, possession of controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Daughtry’s bond was set at $2,440 with a court date of October 10 in the Izard County District Court.

On September 9, Mary Ann Stephens, age 36 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested by Deputy Tyler Webb for disorderly conduct. Stephens’ bond was set at $220 with a court date of October 8 in the Izard County District Court.

On September 9, Courtney Dianne Saenz, age 38 of Melbourne, was arrested by Sgt. Mike Smith for disorderly conduct. Saenz’s bond was set at $220 with a court date of October 19 in the Izard County District Court.

On September 10, Junious Gammill, age 43 of Cave City, was arrested by Deputy Tyler Webb on a warrant for failure to appear. Gammill’s bond was set at $1,710 with a court date of October 19 in the Izard County District Court.

On September 10, Brandon Farrell, age 36 of Mountain View, was arrested by Deputy Toby Smith for driving on a suspended driver’s license, operating a vehicle with no registration, no proof of insurance, and a warrant out of Cross County for failure to appear on multiple misdemeanor charges. Farrell’s bond, on the Izard County charges, was set at $755 with a court date of October 10 in the Izard County District Court. He bonded on the Izard County charges and was extradited to Cross County.

On September 12, Billy Gene Ward, age 41 of Melbourne, was arrested by Deputy D.J. Tiernan for driving on a suspended driver's license. Ward's bond was set at $365 with a court date of October 10 in the Izard County District Court.

On September 13, Erin Kay Couch, age 35 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested by Deputy Nick Taylor on a warrant for failure to appear. Couch’s bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of October 10 in the Izard County District Court.

On September 13, Amanda Mae Sanders, age 42 of Gepp, was arrested by Deputy D.J. Tiernan on a warrant for failure to appear. Sanders’ bond was set at $1,050 with a court date of October 10 in the Izard County District Court.

 

On September 14, Cynthia Ileen Skinner, age 46 of Melbourne, was arrested by Trooper Lively on a warrant for failure to pay finds and cost. Skinner’s bond was set at $425 with a court date of October 10 in the Izard County District Court.

On September 15, George Williamson, age 58 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested by Deputy J Barnes for DWI. Williamson’s bond was set at $820 with a court date of October 8 in the Izard County District Court.

On September 15, Allana Lee Luedtke, age 27 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested by Deputy Nick Taylor for driving on a suspended driver’s license. Luedtke’s bond was set at $365 with a court date of October 8 in the Izard County District Court.

On September 15, Seth Allen Stanton, age 28 of Viola, was arrested by Trooper Lively for driving left of center, no vehicle license, DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and endangering the welfare of a minor. Stanton is currently being held with no bond until he appears in front of a judge.
