Izard County Sheriff's Report September 23, 2019

According to Sheriff Earnie Blackley, on September 16 Helen Leann McIntire, age 37 of Mammoth Springs, was arrested by Jail Administrator Sherry Davidson on a warrant for failure to appear. McIntire is being held on no bond with a court date of October 23 in the Izard County Circuit Court.

On September 16, Matthew Jason Norman, age 47 of Salem, was arrested by Deputy Tyler Webb for failure to yield, no driver’s license, and possession of a controlled substance. Norman’s bond was set at $1,650 with a court date of October 24 in the Izard County District Court.

On September 17, Stephen Damian Loosey, age 31 of Jordon, was arrested by Deputy Sean Tomlinson for driving on a suspended driver’s license. Loosey’s bond was set at $300 with a court date of October 24 in the Izard County District Court.

On September 17 James Leonard Cox, age 23 of Culp, was arrested by Deputy Toby Smith for driving on a suspended driver’s license, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Cox’s bond was set at $2,610 with a court date of October 24 in the Izard County District Court.

On September 17, Christian Nozar, age 49 of Mountain Home, was arrested by Deputy Toby Smith for open alcohol container, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Nozar’s bond was set at $2,465 with a court date of October 24 in the Izard County District Court.

On September 19, James Hamby, age 22 of Calico Rock, was arrested by Trooper Lively for improper lane use, no seat belt, violation of interlock device, and DWI second offense. Hamby was given an OR bond with a court date of December 12 in the Izard County District Court.

On September 20, Eren Edwards, age 19 of Melbourne, was arrested by Chief Deputy Charles Melton for criminal mischief. Edwards’ bond was set at $1,120 with a court date of October 10 in the Izard County District Court.

On September 21, Christopher Hallowell, age 33 of Melbourne, was arrested by Deputy D.J. Tiernan for domestic battery 3rd degree. Hallowell’s bond was set at $2,500 with a court date of October 10 in the Izard County District Court.
